The location was brilliant, very central and quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the breakfast room particularly nice and cosy. |

Calm hotel with atmosphere of old Brugge, also very central for everything. The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. The law appears to allow smoking in hotel rooms and our request for a no smoking room appeared to be pointless. |

Friendly helpful staff We were given a room at the side of the hotel which was opposite what appeared to be a hospital and hence seemed lacking in privacy. A room at the back or front would have been much preferable. |

bien placé, proche de l'effervescence de partie touristique mais au calme dans un coin charmant. Joli hôtel dans l'esprit de Bruges. Bon accueil, personnel très accueillant. Belle chambre calme et bon petit déjeuner. les oreillers un peu durs |

La situation de l'hôtel (proche du centre ville) et le calme. La chambre manquait un peu de volume et l'éclairage était insuffisant pour lire le soir. Un peu cher par rapport à la prestation. Pas véritablement d'accueil. |

La localisation de l'hôtel est bonne par rapport au centre historique, la rue est calme. L'hôtel est assez typique et donne une ambiance de grande maison familiale. Pas de réelle critique à part le parking qui semble loin (des stationnements sont possibles face à l'hôtel ou dans la petite rue qui était en travaux, ce qui permet de se garer sur le trottoir sans trop de souci). Peut être le stationnement (parking de l'hôtel payant par contre...) ? |
