Big studio and confortable

The apartment at level 0 was very noisy due to the machines at the reception. I suggest to rent an studio in floor >0

overall I was very happy with the flat, bigger than expected with more than adequate facilities, nice and clean, I liked the fact it is your flat for the weekend, rather than a room in a hotel. I have already recommended to a few people and will be staying again, do you have anymore properties in any other areas?

I think this is my fifth stay there. Got the best room ever. Penthouse suite on 6th floor. Lots of light. Great views of city.

The main problem with BE is always their neglect of certain items that need to be fixed. At this time it was a severly separating floor in the middle of the room and a rooftop slider that could not be locked. Luckily this was the only room on the sixth floor so it would have been difficult for someone to break in without access to the roof.

Spacious room

Budget Flats Antwerp was located far off from the central station and quite a distance from the main attractions as well. The neighbourhood didnt seem to be safe as well.

- The location was 10 minutes walk from Central Train station - there were many shops around and the China Town for Chinese food lovers - the living room was nice and the kitchen equipped allright - the temperature was warm and nice

- The bathroom was very small so it fitted just the wc. Because of the bathroom size the shower was in the bedroom and the sink as well. I didn't liked that at all. - the lack of security. Our apartment was at the ground floor and during the night was a lot of noise. I wouldn't be a problem but one of the nights at 3-4 am someone drunk started to shout and hit with the fists the door of the next apartment. It lasted for about 20 minutes. - there were no emergency number in the apartment. It would have been useful in the above situation. - the internet was slow. I have paid on internet for the fast connection but at arrival the reception lady asked me to buy a code from the automatic machine and ask a refund after I check out, because her internet was down and couldn't print the internet code. I did bought it but no change in the speed. Sometimes the pages weren't loading and when loading I had to wait for about 40-60 seconds. For me internet was important as I was on a business trip, that's why I have paid high speed. I was frustrating.

Very nice service at the front desk - very welcoming. Easy to park in the garage and head out and enjoy Antwerp! Nice area with bakeries, really good cafes (Viggo's is just around the corner and offers fast wi-fi and delicious drip coffee) a library, and is just a 10 minute walk from the center. Jump on the 34 bus, which stops just two blocks away, to head down to the Museum of Modern Art. Apartment was clean, well-appointed, heat turned on before we arrived, which was very welcoming. Full kitchen meant we could cook, but we just used the hot water boiler to make tea.

The large-studio is spacious and light, a short tram ride from the Central Station. Plenty grocery of shops a short walk away.

The apartment was very big, and had cooking facilities and a fridge, unlike most European hotel rooms.

Our room was on the ground floor and it felt like people walking past could look right in. On a hot night, it would feel unsafe to leave the windows open.

Not bad quality for less money. Good location - 10 min from downtown.

Not enough clean room and bathroom. Bad district (lots of "strange" persons near hotel), keep all your values in safe place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Budget Flats. It's a 10-minute walk to Centraal station and a 5-minute walk to Eurolines stop. The studio is spacious, airy, and gets a lot of light from the huge windows. It's comfortable and furnished with all the basics you could need. There's even a coffee table w/2 couches, a desk, and a smaller dining-type table. The kitchen comes with a microwave, oven, stovetop, and cookware for your needs.

Budget Flats is in an excellent location for transportation, but you'll probably need to use public transit if you want to get into the Old City, etc. for the sights. Soundproofing isn't great either, but we weren't too bothered by it. Also take note of the check-in times to make sure you can actually check-in (or make alternative arrangements in advance with the front desk). There is free wifi, but it's unbelievably slow, so you'll probably need to pay 5 EUR for the high-speed option.

Room size, functional, kitchen, its organised in case you leave/arrive outside office hours. And it worked.

No staff around, no toilet paper in my room, the room was smelling, quite noisy, the shower was really old, but at least functioning but not appealing...

Large rooms, easy to cook our own food, quite neighbourhood, convenient location with around 10-mins walking distance to the central station, next to China Town.

Reception opens short hours during the day, one of the beds is not that comfortable, no curtain in the kitchen, breakfast is not included in the rate.

Close to central station

Booked a double room with a double bed and were given a triple room with three single beds for myself and my husband. Went to change it but reception had closed early just after we checked in. Cot style beds, Not a comfortable night.

The location close to the station, shopping area and tourist sites was a great plus.

easy to go everywhere, room comfortable, there is kitcen which is important for me. generally no serious problems .

my first room really smelled very bad but they changed it. Minor problems like the place of the microwave: the cord doesn't reach the plug, every time I wanted to use it I had to change the place :)

De grote ruimte van het apartement. Beveiliging in de avond. Dicht bij busstation en treinstation. Dicht bij het centrum.

Wifi verbinding was zeer slecht. Koude douche om half 12 in de avond. 1 raam kon niet helemaal dicht. Koffie bij mijn ontbijt

voorzieningen: geen koffiezetapparaat, geen mogelijkheid om wekker en bedlamp tegelijkertijd te gebruiken. Grote afstand tv en zitbank. Erg basic inrichting en wat smoezelige vloer en muren. Nu al moeizame koeling, terwijl het nog niet zo warm was.
