Os quartos são amplos e aquecidos.

Nele você tem que pagar para usar a maquina de lavar roupa e a de sacar. 4 euros para cada. Achei falta de cortesia do hotel e o preço, um absurdo. O hotel fica a 15 minutos a pé do metro. Com chuva ainda... Não vale a pena para quem gosta de sair a noite. Para familia que vai passear de dia, acho que vale.

Very modern, clean and spacious. Very comfortable too and well equipped.

Poor sound-proofing. Not for honeymoon couples!

The room was very spacious and has everything one needs.

Most of the equipments such and the kettle and the hair dryer were spoilt.

Spacious apartment for 6 people, including a one-bed room which was much needed for the driver. We arrived late after a long drive and they kindly text me a front door code and safe code for the apartment door key. A great place for friends to stay on a trip to Brussels, esp if in a car.

On the outskirts of Brussels, about 15 min drive. Some walls very coarsely plastered and not painted over! Smoke alarm kept beeping (low battery maybe) in middle of night, altho second time we stayed we couldn't hear it.

A bit dirty and could not get oven to work

I think that it could be a nice place, not so far from the centre with an easy parking.

The room was really dirty, the floor was so dustt that if tou walked without shoes, you ha all that dust attached. There was a water bottle under the bed...The balcony floor was covered of guano. In all the we there was nobody of the staff, I have never met anybody to complain, there was a number just for emergiencies written in capital letters, just for emergiences, really unfriendly.

Almost everything,a perfect room for six persons.

There is a problem for one sprayer and one sewer.but another one can be used.

Decent space, price was good and friendly staff. The ironing facilities and free wifi! :)

Middle matress was moulded almost into one position and the setee was a but small for 4 of us oh and maybe a bigger tv other that it was great!

Excellent value for its price. It has a fully equipped kitchen, also a dining room. The rooms are big, warm and clean. The staff is great; the complex manager was very kind and helpful. 10 points for her! We had a very nice time there. Highly recommended for a group of friends.

Good place. I felt like a home there. Even it is a little bit outside the city, there is a metro about 15 min or a bus at 100 M. Good and cheap room.

My apartment was clean, warm and comfortable.

My room was very noisy at night because of its proximity to the road.

The room was big, it was very clean, but a little bit cold. I liked the housekeeper who was very polite. If I come to Brussels again, I will stay there one more time.

I liked that we could chekin late at the new without a problem. The sending of the SMS was a really good idea!!!

The bad room at the room 209 was full of gry horse!!!!!!!!!!! Something have to be done!!!!!!!

Our accomodation was very pleasant. Personel of this object was professional and helpfull. Living in this place you're absolutely free to plan your stay- there's no problem if you'd like to come back to your hotel in the middle of the night. It's not so far from the city-center, you can easily get to the most intresting places by taking bus (or metro then). Having fridge and microwave in room was very convinient. I highly reccomend this place if you don't matter not living in the strict city center and you don't want to pay a lot for your stay. :)

Good sized room. Fridge and microwave in the room. Fairly comfortable and fairly clean. There's a big shoppig centre around the corner. The reception called us a can which was nice of them.

Far out of the city. Sounds silly but it was really hit even without our heaters on. The free wifi was absolutely terrible, we bought the faster wifi which wouldn't allow us to login until our last day and even then it was that fast.

Possibility of cooking

We found the room cold, and also then it wasn't warm. Uncomfortable beds.

The price for the hotel is nice! Free wi-fi internet is included in the price, so the high speed connection for 5 Euros/day not needed! The studio room for 2 was quite nice and had everything you may need - cups, plates, teapot, frige, hairdryer... Bus stop is 5 min walk, basically no problem to get to the city center, though it takes about 30-40 min. For bike lovers there is a public bike rental in 2 min distance. The grocery store is 10 min walk. The area itself is very quiet, no night life with bars and restaurants. When I wrote email to the hotel with the question about checkin time, I received the response very quickly. So do not hesitate...

Water pressure in the shower was definetely not the best one! One of the lights was broken in our room. Reception was not reachable due to the unusual open hours and the web-page where you can send the repair request was also broken. The floors are really cold, so take warm socks or shoes with you!

everything is awesome except for the location... but since the room prices are so moderate, I highly recommend it to other people :)

The location is a little far from city.. It takes around 30 mins to the main railway station ...But if you travelling in firends, even taxi is not expensive... we paid 9 euro for travel from hotel to railway station :)

Clean, everything is fine. You can reach most of the places easily in half an hour.

Reception hours is peculiar to hotel. It may be more flexible. Check in until 4 p.m. is a late time to get a hotel.

A nice and very clean place, less expensive than what we can find in the city and not so far away. I recommand it !
