Staff was great! Everyone spoken little bit of english. Rooms were well cleaned and its a short 15 min walk thru town to the train station. Area is nice but everything closes pretty much at 6:00PM. I thought i had a room with Air Conditioner but ended up with no A/C....rooms do get hot at night, you can open the window but then the traffic and the constant sirens all night will bother you. Area is fine just more attention if walking around at night. |

Goed restaurant, schone kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt. Rustig ondanks het drukke verkeer. Bewaakte parking. Fitnessruimte ging helemaal nergens over. Hometrainer was kapot net als de crosstrainer. |

Miła obsługa, dostosowanie do potrzeb klienta (przyjechałam o 4 nad ranem a osoba z personelu czekała na mnie z uśmiechem na twarzy). Czystość w pokoju, a dokładnie nie sprzątnięte włosy w łazience na umywalce i w wannie. |

Le personnel est super sympathique et très disponible. Le restaurant: cuisine délicieuse. Notre suite était très jolie avec une très belle vue. Nous en avons été très surpris vu le prix très bas par rapport à d'autres villes pour le même style d'hôtel. |

Disponibilité du personnel, cadre et situation géographique de l'hôtel, restaurant, détente et sauna. Il serait utile de mettre à disposition des clients des lunettes anti uv pour le solarium. |

Le bruit, avons dû appeler la réception à 23H30 pour intervention auprès de la chambre voisine, téléviseur à fond!! Ensuite la réception à appeler vers 23H50 pour nous demander si c'était notre voiture qui génait sur le parking. Il se trouve que nous ne sommes pas venus en voiture. Il suffirait de noter les plaques d'immatriculation sur la fiche d'hotel comme celà se fait en Angleterre, ce qui éviterait d'importuner la clientèle à une heure indue! |

Wat een fijn, behulpzaam personeel, of het de receptie, schoonmaken kamer of ontbijt betrof, chapeau. Helaas de twee overnachtingen werden continue overblaft door de hond in een tuin achter de parkeerplaats. Dit doorgegeven bij de receptie, maar konden hier niets aan doen. Helaas door gebrek aan airco was het erg warm in de kamer, ook al stond er (gewaardeerd) een ventilator klaar. Ik zie dit als eerlijk commentaar als hulp en niet als beledigend of klacht bedoeld. |

Prima hotel, goed vertrekpunt voor wandeling stad en uitvalswegen dichtbij. Ontbijt prima verzorgd. Kamer schoon en rustig. Parking op eigen terrein. Buitenterras was gesloten, ondanks mooie weer vorig weekend, (26 graden), dat was jammer voor de middag en avond. |

De receptioniste sprak goed engels en heeft op mijn verzoek om een extra bed in de kamer (mijn dochter was mee) ons een andere kamer met 3 bedden aangeboden, omdat er in de gereserveerde kamer geen plaats was voor een extra bed. De prijs voor deze kamer was meer dan het dubbele van de gereserveerde kamer. Een extra bed in de kamer kost op de boekingsbevestiging € 21,00. |

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. De kamers waren netjes en schoon. De kamers waren niet gehorig, en eventuele hinderlijke straatgeluiden hoorde je nauwelijks. Prettig dat het hotel een eigen parkeergelegenheid heeft waarvoor niet betaald hoeft te worden! De eerst toegewezen kamer (een kamer voor 3+ personen) was niet non-smoking. Bij navraag bleek je de grotere kamers voor meerdere personen niet non-smoking te kunnen boeken. Dit stond niet op de website vermeld. Overigens hebben we een andere kamer gekregen die niet stonk, dus prima opgelost! |
