It's location was close to the station and the tram line in Ghent. The size of the room could have been larger, my friend had a much larger room in a 4 star hotel in Brussels for around 50% of what I paid in Ghent |

Located near the railway station and the museums in the Citadel park, and reasonably close to the centre. A tram stop is just next to the entrance. In the breakfast room there is a coffee machine, producing very decent coffee. The entrance into the underground garage is very narrow. If you have a large car, it is very difficult to drive out without scratching the wheel caps. |

the location (right in front of the tram and nearby the train station); decoration. the room was very hot during the night, and we switched on the conditioned air which worked very loudly; besides, there were flies all night long, with a terrible sound over our head.. maybe the room should has something to avoid this situation. |

My elderly friend and I used Best Western as a Hub for seeing tourist places in Belgium, 5 mins walk from Station, 1 min walk to 'bus' stop into city, very quiet&tidy. We travelled London Eurostar-Brussels and ticket included on to Ghent (or other Belgium stop) same day. Trains are extremely reasonable, <65yr old, tickets 5euro weekdays anywhere, and all are1/2 standard price weekend. 1 hour to Ypress, ?1 hr to Antwerp, 1/2 hr to Bruges.Station bookings were open until 10pm.(may need to check over winter). So lovely meandering around Ghent evenings, Tourist central place open until 6pm. or ? 6.30pm. I was semi invalided on crutches but managed travel. hotel no problems. V Hot scrambled eggs &bacon +usual continental breakfasts things. |

Very good standard of facilities in the hotal and room. Large sized room and all the facilities plus more that you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. Hotel reception was slightly curt during check in. Restaurant was basic (although the food and choice was amazing) and the stairs were bare and unwelcoming - surprising considering there was only 1 lift. |

Good garage parking, with a tram stop outside the hotel giving us a very quick ride into town at a reasonable cost and therefore no parking worries. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. |

Friendlyness of the staff, excellent english and good advices. Not really, rooms are small and I've seen much better breakfast tables, but for the price it's actually quite good. Stayed in an indoor room (not facing the street), but although it was just next to the staff room on that floor, it was quiet in the morning. |

Nicely located close to St. Pieters train station; 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The light in the bathroom was too weak for me to shave properly. |

Convenient location to train and trams; good breakfast choices. We booked 2 rooms at the same price per room. The two rooms did not seem to be of equal value. There is an early AM nearby train. |

It was clean and convenient. Price was reasonable also. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken and the heating didn't work, so it was quite cold in the room. Staff were unfriendly. The breakfast was not good. Poor quality food. There was no regular tea available. |

Nothing. Really is very a bad hotel, very bad. Don't go! Windows close very bad. It's cold (we were at -3ºc outside)/ Check out is at 11h, they don't inform you when you enter. You know it if you read the information of the room. If you are not out at 11h,they call you at 11.10h to say that you must go out/ the courtains were so dirty/room was very, very small/ An the hotel is very oldl/There were nothing to hang things in the room cabinet. It was broken |
