Reception area good and easy access to centre of town Alot of noise from the street and other visitors in nearby rooms - I was kept awake until 230 in the morning!!!!!!! |

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and nice de lux room. First night we staied at the comfort room. It was very small, with old decoration and dirty carpet. Second night we moved to the de lux room. It was very nice and comfortable room! Not so many things to see at Genk but nice to travel in the area around this town! |

Excellent location, free parking (although not always space), free WLAN, filthy breakfast, very friendly and flexible staff (e.g. providing full breakfast one hour before the scheduled time!). Poor sound isolation in the room locating near the lift. |

Het onthaal aan de receptie is vlot, efficiënt en vriendelijk. Smaakvol ingerichte lobby en veilige parkeerruimte. Eerder onpersoonlijke uitstraling maar dit is te verwachten bij dit soort hotel.Ontbijt is vrij duur. |

Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardig personee. De gunstige parkeergelegenheid is een groot pluspunt.l Persoonlijk vond ik de temperatuur op de kamer, en in het hotel in het algemeen, heel heel warm, té warm. Gezien die hitte moet ik hieronder "neen" schrijven, maar enkel en alleen daarom. |

Personeel receptie waren zeer vriendelijk. Interieur van bar en onbijtruimte waren zeer mooi en gezellig. De bar was altijd open. geen kasten voor de klederen op te leggen. Geen douchegordijn aanwezig. Onbijtbroodjes niet crocant |
