las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy confortables, la decoración es relajante, es moderno, y poco recargado. Y los desayunos son estupendos. quizás poco enfocado a informar al turista, no se habla español, en la zona casi ni francés, hablan belga, alemán e inglés. |

The posistion of the hotel No tea making facilities or mini bar in the room, although both are advertised. When i asked for a kettle at reception i was told the hotel was full and there were none available. I have stayed in the Ecu a number of times and cannot belive a hotel of this size and standard does not have enough kettles and mini bars for every room. |

The staff were friendly and were able to help us in any way needed, whether it be for extra pillows or assistance with our luggage. Rooms were clean and spacious, with no noise or disturbance. In excellent location right across the road from Genk rail station and a 2 minute walk to local high street shops and restaurants. |

breakfast is decent Service is extremely poor in general. Rooms are the size of a matchbox, no air conditioning and rooms are abs smelly |

They have a 5 star staff at this 3 star hotel and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel needs some freshening up. Dirty and torn carpets can be seen, the shower is tiny with no curtin so water is all over the floor. The towels have been washed to near extinction. |

Convenience to my work place I arrived at 8.30pm and there was no heat on my room. I read in the literature I could have a snack but it is food to be ordered in. When I first stayed at your Hotel there were meals in the evening but the availablity got worse and I stopped staying. Not everyone wants to walk the streets of a strange city looking for a restaurant. A limited menu would be nice even if it is only cooked by microwave. I will use the Hotel again in future but onyl when I am unable to stay where I normally do now - disappointing because the location is one that I like. If you change the facility I would like to be kept informed |
