L'Hotel ecu est un bel hotel Par contre et peut être du au hasard, la première fois je suis retrouvé dans le fin fond de l'hôtel, près de la chaufferie, donc beaucoup de bruit. Et cette fois ci, à droite en sortant de l'ascenseur, dans une chambre faisant un peu près 10m2. Imaginez pousser le lit pour ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain. Donc déçu! |

L'accueil est très sympathique. Le prix d'une chambre à 2 lits doubles est le même qu'une chambre à 1 lit double. L'hôtel est bien situé dans la ville. La chambre à 1 lit double est un peu petite. |

personnelle trés sympathique et trés serviable. Beaucoup trop bruyant, claquement de talon (sans arrêt) jusqu'à à peu prés 3 heures du matin. Monté et descente de personnes ( la chambre n'est pas du tout insonorisé). Chambre collé contre l'ascenseur (pour le prix de la chambre franchement décevant) bruit horrible dehors, une sorte de comprésseur en marche toute la soirée jusqu'à 22 heures environs. |

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and nice de lux room. First night we staied at the comfort room. It was very small, with old decoration and dirty carpet. Second night we moved to the de lux room. It was very nice and comfortable room! Not so many things to see at Genk but nice to travel in the area around this town! |

Very good and flexible personnel, they do by request breakfast hour early than normal. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Too small rooms and too small parking |

Excellent location, free parking (although not always space), free WLAN, filthy breakfast, very friendly and flexible staff (e.g. providing full breakfast one hour before the scheduled time!). Poor sound isolation in the room locating near the lift. |

Room wasn’t so species, but very comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. Parking ability in close proximity to the hotel (just in back side). very helpful and well-wishing personal (we arrived at night and get fresh sandwiches at the lobby bar, which can be accessible 24 hours). Good price quality ratio. |

Well positioned right next to Genk station, a supermarket and all shopping facilities, fantastic location. Staff where very helpfull and the room was very large and comfortable. Free BBC 1 television and free wireless connection in your room, you could'nt ask for more at such great value. |

The posistion of the hotel No tea making facilities or mini bar in the room, although both are advertised. When i asked for a kettle at reception i was told the hotel was full and there were none available. I have stayed in the Ecu a number of times and cannot belive a hotel of this size and standard does not have enough kettles and mini bars for every room. |
