Staff was professional and welcoming Waste bin in room had not been emptied, rooms are of a 3 star standard, not 4 star. |

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was a bit small and not good value for the price. Exercise room was small with very little equipment. |

Staff was very helpful; the room was big enough for four people and the sofabed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and nice. The room was too hot. The breakfast rolls were hard, maybe because it was a Sunday and bakeries may not be open? |

Good and friendly staff. Good services and nice lobbybar and restaurant. Breakfast was not that great for a 4* hotel. |

The hotel was located in a quiet position overlooking a canal , but within easy walking distance of the city centre with markets and events taking place all weekend.. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in giving advise and directions. |

Had free parking. Location was good reflecting local Belgian surroundings and not heavily touristic while within walking distance. Bar and restaurant areas were nicely redone. Beds comfy and new lcd tv. Too dark and old decor inside lobby, hallways and rooms. Water pressure and temperature in shower terrible, awkward shower placement with half glass so you flood the floor. expensive and strange internet service. |

It was close to where my business appointment was. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was very cold - they did not have the heating on despite it being the middle of winter. |

The standard of rooms varies. Mine needed refurbisment, yet the price was the same as my colleague's which was excellent. Room smelled of smoke. |

Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Some of our group turned up for breakfast 30 minutes before it was due to finish and found no cooked food left. When questioned if more was coming out, they were told no and no apology or explanation was given. |

Vriendelijk onthaal, leuke centrale ligging.
