Staff were unfriendly. Beds were very uncomfortable. Wireless was very weak. Breakfast buffet was not nice.

carpet is very old, the mattress is very unconformable and old, the rooms in general need a renovation - in summary the hotel is not even close to a 4* hotel

It's in a good position to access the old town on foot. It's a well run efficient hotel, giving good vlaue for money.

Parking although free, is normally occupied and you may have difficulty find suitable parking near by.

I was travelling with my young grandaughter and specifically booked a twin bedroom, However on arrival I was told that no twin bedrooms was available and only a room with a double bed was available. This I was very upset about seeing that I asked for a twin bedroom, it was embarrising to say the least.

Nice and friendly and staff spoke good english. Breakfast was very nice and although limited the evening bar snacks were brilliant value. Room was nice and comfy and despite initial reservations, wasn't noisy despite the earlier evening outside noise.

Parking is very limited and we were fortunate to get a space directly outside. With it being a weekend, the parking restrictions didn't apply but I guess it could catch you out.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is in good conditions and the prices are modest. Very quiet at night and no inconvenients to report.

Staff don't know how to smile or say thank uou. Loud air con in the room, Restaurant closed. Breakfast tinned fruit. Such a shame as with a good manager it could be a good experience, but the staff ugh!

The hotel looks like family owned business and is part of Best Western chain. Therefore it more cosy than standard hotel. A room was quite large however it was not possible to merge two single beds together

A/C noisy, breakfast quite poor. Jam from plastic containers, croissants not to fresh, not a big choise in general. Like in * * hotel while this claims to have * * * * There are also rooms on ground floor with windows directly towards noisy street. I would not like to sleep in any of these rooms.

Breakfast was exquisite!!! Very friendly and helpful staff and efficient in my case of emergency. Overall very good experience.
