The location is good, around 5 blocks from train station. The people working there are friendly and ready to help. Rooms are clean, confortable with good space and breakfast really nice. The room #14 is on top of the bar so during the weekends you may hear a lot of noise. This room is also located attached to the storage of the clean room service so the woman was already early in the morning making a lot of noise as well. If you have plans to sleep more than 8:00am avoid this room. Internet is also a little bit expensive and could have an option of a week plan or something better than 24 hours.

The friendly and helpful staff were accomodating with finding directions to locations and offering advice. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. The construction on the street made it a little tricky to get to.

The staff were very helpful and friendly,and all were multi-linguel.The room was large and airy with a large bathroom.The city centre was 1k walk away although the time there was a lot of construction going on to the roadinto the city.The station was only 10 mins away with a walk along the canal.The food in the hotel was excellent and well worth trying.I Would stay there again.

'Like best' is difficult as the whole experience was excellent. Our room was very large, light and comfotable. The staff were verynice and the breakfast was one of the best. BUT the problem they have,and it has nothing to do with Best Western,is that they are in the middle of a road refurbishment scheme which makes the hotel look as though it is on a building site. Its really no problem but does throw you when you arrive.The hotel copes with it very well. It is important to use their alternative route to the hotel which come with their booking confimation.

Hotel (room, restaurant etc) was clean. Staff were kind. Breakfast was nice. There was a party at the bar and little noisy. Construction in front of the hotel. Parking spaces were few.

Vriendelijk personeel, zeker bij het ontbijt. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, trouwens ! Goede ligging, alles op wandelafstand. Voorziene parkeerplaatsen voor hotelgasten. Heel goed restaurant ter plaatse ! Gebruik van de sauna viel tegen: geen kleedruimte, kleren dienden op de (twee) aanwezige stoelen gelegd te worden, waardoor je geen zitplaatsen had. We waren trouwens met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Opzwepende muziek ook trouwens, niet bepaald rustgevend (waarschijnlijk meer bedoeld voor de aangrenzende fitnessruimte. daartegenover was de sauna heel goedkoop: slechts 9€ per uur !

Badkamer was leuk en netjes. Ruime kamer met 'smal' tweepersoonsbed + éénpersoonsbed (? )--> hadden liever gewoon tweepersoonskamer gekregen met een ietwat breder bed zoals gevraagd. Leuk TV-scherm en veel kanalen. Gezellig: aanbod v thee en koffie. Super ontbijt! Vasttapijt is aan vernieuwing toe. Niet duidelijk: wordt de dienst wifi nu gratis aangeboden of niet? Wifi werd via internetsite gratis aangeboden, ter plaatse bleek er 4€ per uur betaald te worden?

Terwijl de gewone verwarming uit stond was het toch erg warm op de kamer, waarschijnlijk door de vloerverwarming.Wij hebben dit opgelost door s`nachts de ramen open te houden. Nadeel: je hoort wel het verkeer.
