When we arrived the room was not clean but they gave us the key anyway... The breakfast room is to small for the size and number of guests... We had to wait.... They describe this hotel as beach one but is not really in front of the beach.

Loved the location and the majority of the hotel/our room was fine - apart from the bathroom.

We stayed in room 76 and was appalled at the size of the bathroom. To say it was tiny would be an understatement and the sliding door to it didn't fit properly and was made of frosted glass so there was no privacy when using the bathroom. I think for the price we paid we deserved better.

The only good thing about our stay was the friendly and helpful night manager.

The room smelt damp and the daytime staff were not helpful at all in fact they were quite rude and it seemed as if you were in the wrong for asking for help with anything .

Location, friendly receptionists, clean room and bathroom with hot water at all times.

No tea making facilities in the room. Bar prices very expensive, but I think most hotel bars are.

Comfortable beds if only we could have enjoyed a nights sleep

Very noisey from club in casino opposite until 7 am in the morning . The hotel reception confirmed that they had received many complaints.Dining room much too small to cater for numbers of guests and breakfast only poor.My wife is Belgian and we have stayed at this hotel before but as a result of this recent experience we shall not use this hotel again.

The hotel says to have triple room ,but dont have then you make an choice for small room with extra bed I make about this big issue an have get extra discount with discount was an fair price and only small simple room the vistors of the hotel where an lot of real old people 75 + booking .com have helped us good about this

Good hotel next to the beach, to the city center and the main tram station. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. We had a room with a completely renovated bathroom. The whole experience was excellent.

The bed was really confortable and the atmosphere was nice.

A suggestion: try to be more eco friendly: asking to the guest whether they want to have their bedlines and towels changed every day or not. You should offer some fruit for the breakfast.

The hotel was clean and had the necessary space for a few days stay.

The hotel is fine. There were two things I did not like. First of all, the breakfast room was overbooked. There were hotel guests that had to wait for a table. Last but not least, some guests on the third floor were very noisy. Despite that I called to complain, the guests continue making terrible noises after midnight.

The position

The hotel was located opposite the beach and casino and was in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The majority of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had sea view glimpses and was comfortable.

Unfortunately road works commenced directly outside the hotel at 0730hrs on the first morning of our holiday and continued throughout the week. It was very noisy due to both road works and inconsiderate guests returning in the early hours. The breakfast selection was limited for the first few days but improved towards the end of the week.
