the breakfast was disgusting, lots of stale bread, served till 10am running out of things at 9 20. supposed to have been reduced form £400+ but found it poor for the price we actually paid. |

Location was central The walls were too thin, you could hear the over guests in their rooms. |

The man on reception was excellent and provided a good service, the location of the hotel was very good 5 minutes walk from the shops and 1 minute from the beach. Bathroom was quite small but adequate for a 1/2 night stay. |

The location was ideal for a central base. We travelled to various other parts of Belgium by car and tram. The beach was only one street away and was great for relaxing. Plenty of places to eat in the evenings. |

Hotel close to the seafront, overall appearance very good, breakfast very good. The bathroom was terribly small and the door had glass panels that you could see through so no privacy. The glass appears to have been installed backwards. We informed reception about the problem and they said everyone complains about this problem! It appears that they have no plans to fix so I would not recommend this hotel. |

The room was small but cosy, breakfast ok ; I very much liked the soft bed and the free, super rapido wireless internet connection Unfortunately, the toilet had a water leakage which made some noise ; the bathroom overall could use a restyling |

The only redeeming feature of this hotel was that it was close to the beach. We did not like anything about this hotel. It looked nothing like the photographs and was very shabby. The room smelt of urine and the staff made a mistake with our booking and did not seem to care at all! I would say do not stay here! |

The location is excellent as it's very close to the Casino and waterfront and close to the shopping streets and nightlife. It's very good value for money, very clean and very reasonably priced. We will be staying there again in the near future. |

Close by location to the beach boulevard. The breakfast buffet was very nice and well organized in a nice interior. For a four star hotel this hotel is not really a four star hotel with today's demands: no ironing possibilities, not a modern bathroom, no fridge/minibar in the room, no internet connection, and a very little tv. |

Close to all points of interest I had a room with escape ladder in front of the window, and beeing the official escape way through the room. So I did not want to leave the window open for my safety, but very stuffy and hot and no air conditioning.I think an escape way should not be a room that could be locked from the inside, but freely accessible to everybody anytime! |

I booked a room at 55€ instead of 135€. This room was a very small room, not very nice with an aeration in the bath room full of dust... They are cheating with the original room price, I would never pay 135€ for such a room! |
