Excellent breakfast, good location, good design of the whole interior, homely feeling, friendly staff, safety Somewhat noisy at night - ventilation, and late bathroom users could be heard |

I stayed with 5 teenagers in 3 twin rooms. All were very clean and spacious and I felt totally safe with kids in nearby rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and well done in a large room with many tables. For dinner, it was a quick and safe walk to the large city square where there were several restaurants to choose from. My car was parked in the street and I had no problems. We had a very quick, but pleasant stay. We slept with the windows closed, but still heard partiers walking by. The police were right on top of them with quick sirens. I felt like it was a good area - just bad timing as I believe the university was having a celebration. |

Good location, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, rooms clean but decor "dated", good location for city centre Spa facilities were broken. Possibly price could be better for the standard of room. |

Early check-in was really nice, as we had to go to a wedding later that day. Although some neg points, it's still a decent hotel. Should be nice staying in the winter, as no airco needed. No airco! The very friendly reception lady explained, that they don't plan to install, as the building is not built for it. They do put a fan in the room, but this is insufficient. At 1 am it was still 30+ in the room. If you arrive late at the breakfast, don't expect to find alot left. |

Ease of parking, close to the Ring Road but quiet, ok breakfast. Non-smoking room had a whiff of smoke about it. |

It is in a good location in Mons and it is a descent hotel with good breakfast. I would recommend staying in the the normal rooms; in the business suites, which I stayed this time you can feel the humidity since these are not utilized frequently and are located in the ground floor. |

Very convenient for town centre, easy walk to main square (lots of restaurants) and supermarket across the road. Breakfast excellent. We had executive room with small patio which was lovely in the evening for coffee and drinks and in the morning for breakfast. The very large room was a little dark and had no air conditioning. There was no room service |

Nothing special, just ok as expected. Perhaps de location close to the city centre with parking. The Flat screen tv. The steep entrance of the Parking. The elevator not always working from the parking. |

Convenience location within easy walk of the main square in Mons. The on site parking (albeit tight) was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was a little too hot and with no air conditioning it made for an uncomfortable night. |

Good central location, gym facility, good motorway access, english BBC channels on TV Poor breakfast (used to be better, stale fruit with little choice), fitness room in poor state (no remote for TV or radio, equipment needs to be maintained ). No restaurant but many nearby. |

The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were very nice/professional. It was easy access in and out of the city and also very close to The Grand Place. The rooms were very comfortable. Enjoyed the sauna. Glad it had underground parking. The Executive rooms on the first floor suited our needs perfectly. Would have been nice if the spa (hot tub) was kept at a warmer temperature. The staff were helpful and pleasant, but most of them did not smile much. |

Breakfast was excellent, location close to town centre was useful. Staff could have had more initiative when explaining the sauna ie that you have to ask them at front desk to switch it on. |
