Easy check-in, nice staff, convenient location Room was unbearably warm. Even if it only is needed for a couple of weeks per year, rooms should have air conditioning. Otherwise, please don't rent them. |

It's central location made it easy to get to and from the hotel. Also access from the highway was quite simple. The only down side of staying at the Lido was the fact that it is on a very buy street and street noise woke us up during the Euro Cup. However I doubt that is normal. |

Easy to find and free parking lots outside. Very friendly hotel staff. Rooms in the corner of the building are cold, heating radiators seemed to be too small. Fan in the bathroom runs day and night. Fees for WLAN are from yesterday, must be free for guests and makes the decision for the hotel much easier. Most of my friends decide against a hotel when WLAN has to be paid. |

very comfortable, in the middle of the city. I stayed in the hotel because of a special price by booking over internet. Normally it is too expensive. |

The fact of being able to book a triple room for my children, and that their room was placed next to ours. Theoretically, the children could have opened their windows on the third floor, and plunged to their deaths. It would have been no bad thing if there were some child-proof locks on the windows. I wasted three or four minutes getting out of the garage in the morning because I could not at first locate the button to open the door. The staff should point out its location to users of right-hand-drive vehicles, as it is not intuitive to us to look for it in that particular place. |

It was clean and was close to restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk for whatever reason was not too helpful at helping me find a place to eat. I think this is an individual issue, and not a general statement about the staff. |
