The hotel was perfect for our visit to WWII sites. The packed lunch provided was great value and the staff could not have been more helpful |

Kind, friendly, helpful, will definitely return again. Breakfast buffet heater was not hot enough, cooked breakfast was cold on both days! Lots of flies in food area, no pest control or prevention to minimise the risk of cross contamination, I know its difficult but feel that some form of pest prevention would be helpful, even its just covering the exposed food with mesh covers. |

The fact that the hotel is run by a family, made it a more personal experience and we could book in at a convenient time, even though it was not close to the "official" time. |

The hotel was in a pretty good location in Bastogne - close to the main square. The rooms were OK, not amazing, but acceptable.The staff was ok, helpful at times and not there at other times. Price was good, for a higher price I wouldn't choose this hotel. The room could use some touchup. |

The room was nice, clean and large. The facilities were good. The breakfast was one of the best on the trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was particularly helpful, especially with directions to a destination in Luxembourg that we visited. Overall the nicest accomodations that we had on our trip. |

My son and I had a junior suite for two nights. Room was spacious, clean and everything worked. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Bastogne. |

Very relaxed. Excellent breakfast served until 10.00. Quiet road with plenty of parking, but less than 3 minutes to the main square and restaurants. Highly recommended as a centre to visit the Battle of the Bulge memorials and museums, and the stunning countryside. As usual 4* abroad is closer to 3* in the UK, but still vfm. |

Big room and location close to City Centre There was mix up by hotel staff when we attempted to extend our stay. One person said it would be no problem. The next day, we were told we would have to leave in that the first person did not secure our reservation for another day |

Nice hotel! Its within walking distance to the village square and close proximity to most musems. The breakfast buffet was nice with many choices of hot and cold entrees. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The "included" breakfast was the best we had during our European holiday! Our purpose in staying in Bastogne was to tour the Battle of the Bulge sights. I highly recommend Henri Mignon as a travel guide. It was the highlight of our trip! |

Everything was so close. Two blocks away from the walkplatz and shopping and only a short drive to the "Battle of the Bulge" monuments. I would have like to have seen more informaiton on the local area or information guides, maps, etc about what the town offers. But they had a computer in the lobby which assisted our search for key areas of interest. |

Degene die ons hielp was vriendelijk en positief. Het was makkelijk te vinden. De kamer was redelijk. De kussens waren heel slecht.Dit kun je geen kussens noemen. Het diner was uitermate slecht.Wij hebben het allebei niet op kunnen eten en dit is de eerste keer in ons leven. Bijna 50 jaar getrouwd en met eten zeker niet vervelend.Wij hebben de oorlog meegemaakt en zullen niet snel eten weggooien. Er werd ons nog wel eten aangeboden,maar dat durfden we niet aan.Het was een pasta met zalm en een sausje. De smaak was niet goed.Ik hoor U al zeggen` over smaak valt niet te.twisten.` Maar dat was het niet alleen.Het brood wat bij de soep werd geserveerd was niet te eten. Het ontbijt was zeer slecht , Hetzelfde brood van de vorige avond . Er is geen goed woord over te zeggen |
