Excellent location, comfortable room, on site parking and friendly, efficient staff. Getting to our room was a bit tricky with a pushchair due to three sets of stairs (one without a lift nearby). |

Location, included breakfast buffet with large selection. Parking was full so we had to park in the parking garage. Fortunately this was very close to the hotel and even cheaper. |

The hotel was very central, the staff extremely helpfull and welcoming (especially the staff at the hotel bar), the garden terrace was idyllic, the swimming pool was a good extra. The dar brown décor in the room made it look dated (1970s) even if it was quite new. |

Staff were very pleasant. Our first room was horrible, small and cramped. We were moved to another larger room, however, it was at the front of the hotel and the noise from the street below was non ending. Linens were old and scratchy, very poor quality. |

We enjoyed the quiet site but still in the centre of Brugge and we also liked the swimming pool. We would have sat in the pretty garden, but the rain was too heavy!!! The room was spacious and we appreciated two comfortable chairs - so often in a double room there is only one. |
