Conveniently located, with walking distance to most things in town. The price, as it is very steep for a relatively small room. Also limited parking and again at 17€ a night.

Very central hotel - nice rooms and good service. Good value - staying on a place with charm but good comfort as well. Short walk to the main square - Outstanding restaurant recommended by hotel staff -De Pottekijker 4-5 blocks walk. I thought that the parking charge was expensive when we were already paying a good price for our room.

Great location and very comfortable. Only downside was the corrridors were a little like a rabbit warren and a bit of climbing up and down stairs involved so possible not good for those with walking difficulties. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Good restaurants in area and fantastic bar over the road.

Close to the centre of Bruges, very helpful staff, on requesting 2 rooms overlooking the garden before trip, did just that. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold choice. Just be aware that car parking is 17 euros per day.

It was beautifully decorated. The colour scheme was just right. The bathroom was immaculately clean. The close proximity to historical centre brilliant. BreAkfast was a full breakfast and very good. The only thing I didn't like was our room had a sloping roof. I could not stand up straight next to bed, a big concern when getting up at night to use bathroom.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was great. The room was very comfortable and a good size. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was terrific, close to everything.

The hotel was very well positioned for seeing Bruges-itmade a very good impression from entering the gates-it had an interesting History and the rooms although of a similar standard and decor had quite a bit of individuality-the staff were very courteous and the breakfast was good-I would cetainly use this hotel again if I revisit Bruges I did not find anything that i did not like, but people with disabilities, would need to be careful about whereabouts in the hotel they stayed-some rooms involved quite a lot od steps-

I have used this hotel for a number of years and cannot rate it highly enough. It is friendly, efficient and comfortable. The location is superb, virtually within the centre of Brugges, yet quiet and relaxed. The one point I would say is neglected is the outside garden, seating area. It is virtually non-existant and could do with a complete redesign.

It was local to Brugge town centre and is a lovely Hotel. Clean and very comfortable The cost of parking my car in there car park. I think that 17euro is too much

Pretty much everything. Staff were great, as were the breakfasts, restaurant recommendations on their website are quite accurate. Free wi- fi was great. And very conveniently located for all city's attractions, however the room was extremely quiet at night. Can't think of anything, maybe option of having newspapaers delivered, but that would be about it.
