The location was excellent - 200m from Markt Square Cleanliness of the room. Although cleaned daily, the carpet in need of a proper clean rather than justa daily vacuum.

The localisation of the hotel in the centre of the city is perfect. The breakfast started too late, we had to wait for coffee for 20 min, because it was not self service, but there was no waiter either. The receptionist never answered the telephone when we called the room. The air-conditioning automatically shut off during the night, and the room got too hot.

The Hotel was excellent located, easy to get there by car and have parking.Wifi was also included, which nowadays should be compulsory The breakfast was not very good. The orange juice could not be more artificial, coffee was a dark liquid, and if you asked for an expresso they charged you 3 €.

The location and ease of access by car was excellent. On site parking was good, but overpriced. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but many of the "hot" items (eggs, beans, etc) were cold.

The reception staff were excellent. As was the chap in the ground floor bar - very very good. Explained a lot about the city - and the scale and scope of the place - plus advised on beers. Pool and sauna a welcome addition. As was the ability to park there - had we needed to. Set back slighly from main road/strasse also was a plus. Paying an extra €30 euros a night for breakfast - fair enough. But is ludicrous to then denmand extra when I wanted a double espresso with my pretty small breakfast. Had I wanted to I could have drank 5 litres of juice or coffee or tea - but not a double espresso. Thats just plain short- sighted. Our friends stayed "without breakfast" at the Crowne Plaza - and were able for way less get an exceptional breakfast, including double espressos. On this basis I would not recommend for value - but would recommend for location. Overall it has to be no.

There wasn't much choice with the tv channels. Mostly news channels which wasn't ideal for some stay indoors days, due to weather.

Hotel was welcoming and the staff very friendly. It was my partner's 40th birthday and they gave him a gift of belgium chocolates which was a nice touch. Great location. We hope to visit Bruge again soon and would definately stay at the hotel again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

Very friendly staff . Rooms very well decorated and clean. Pool and sauna very well done. Breakfast was excellent especially how they get the soft boiled eggs to stay warm and soft yolk! All in all a very nice well located hotel.. It was recommended by my mother, who has stayed there on several occasions

The hotel is situated perfectly ... near the main squares but not close enough to be noisy. The breakfast was really good and the staff polite and attentive. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in and wanted to take it home with me ... great hotel.

Location is excellent, good choice of breakfast items, very comfortable bed, lots of hot water at a good pressure for 'power showering', quiet room (stayed in main part Hotel not the annex). Wifi worked well with our smartphones. Helpful, knowledgable and polite staff. Rooms and corridors leading to them a little 'drab' in decor. Not a real problem, but not very 'cheerful' and giving a worse impression than deserved by quality of the hotel. Evening service at the hotel bar on the one occasion we used it was overstretched with just one person on duty. We didn't enjoy that experience and as a result didn't use th hotel bar again during our stay.

Pretty much everything. Staff were great, as were the breakfasts, restaurant recommendations on their website are quite accurate. Free wi- fi was great. And very conveniently located for all city's attractions, however the room was extremely quiet at night. Can't think of anything, maybe option of having newspapaers delivered, but that would be about it.

Great location - very central to the main market but just enough distance away to be a quiet location. We had a top floor double room which was a great size and very cozy. People will say the lifts and stairs but if anything, this added to the fun of the place! It's easy after you first get confused with the layout!
