Score from 1289 reviews Excellent
Excellent location for visiting Bruges. Swimming pool and Sauna facillities were perfect for relaxing after walking the cobbles.
The room was a bit of a squeeze
Lovely breakfast area and helpful staff
The jazz bar was too long and narrow!
The location was GREAT! Literally a few steps (maybe 1 minute) away from the main markt which is stunning. Good area with a laundry nearby too.
Staff always cheerful, friendly and helpful.
perhaps the charge for the car park could be a little lower.
Excellent service in the bar
Excellent hotel, well decorated, very Christmassy and great service. Room ideal
It would be nice to have an in-house restaurant for lunch or dinner. Only Breakfast restaurant and bar open from 15.30
How close the hotel was to the centre of the town.all the facilities of the hotel and especially the sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast, the very friendly barman and the Flemish coffees. The closeness of some lovely little recommended eating places.
The traffic below on the cobbles (we were on the 3rd floor) was very noisy late at night and early in the morning. The christmas market was most disappointing - don't bother to go for it, but Bruges was lovely with some very interesting things to see.
Jazz bar staff went out of there way to be friendly and helpful.
Location great room a little too expensive
Had to pay 20 pounds to park in public car park woul have booked else where if known parking should be for all customers not just ones that are chosen
Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Great Location. Comfortable room.
Can't think of anything
Clean, warm, quiet, good breakfasts, friendly staff, very conveniently situated for shops and eateries, short ride from railway station.
The pool was fantastic! The whole hotel was of an excellent standard.
This hotel was well situated near the center in a safe area. It was well designed for our needs. The size was comfortable, the bath modern and clean. I booked a full bed but got king. I did think that breakfast was included but it wasn't. To eat there would have been an extra 35 E per day. I exchanged funds there and was charged 5%. They commented it would be minimal but that was high. Despite that, I would recommend the hotel and definitely stay there again. Booking.com was a good vehicle to obtain the accommodations.
Exchange rate charge.
We have stayed at the Navarra on a previous occasion & enjoyed it very much .For this reason we chose it for our stay on a return visit.
Good location, friendly staff, room and bathroom were a good size.
The room was warm because we couldn't adjust the thermostat, they had switched it off for winter. We could open the window to get air flow but the noise from the street was a little loud.
The hotel was perfectly located for getting right to the centre of things. Full of charm and beautifully maintained, had a lovely grand feel without being extortionate. Was an added bonus having a small pool and sauna to recharge in before dinner. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The room was a little on the small side but the bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. I'd rather have it that way.
we loved the rooms - spacious and well appointed with comfy beds we loved the pool and suana - small but perfectly formed we loved the bar with friendly chatty bar staff and the reception team too best of all the location - just a short stroll to everything but quiet enough to be a place to relax
slow, tiny lift - bad enough on second/third floor but higher up would have been most annoying breakfast was the usual expensive hotel option so we didn't bother - shame they price it so high
It wasn't a "chain" hotel but was slightly quirky and charming. The breakfast was super and the multilingual waitresses (black dresses, white aprons) were very impressive. Our bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Location of this hotel - just off main square - is perfect. Being able to park on site was a great plus too.
The friendliness of everyone. The breakfast, set you up for the day !! Spotlessly clean, and a lovely quirky room with great views over the roof tops .A perfect hotel for a couple of friends in their 60's to visit Bruges.
I could not find fault at all.
The staff were all excellent, they knew train times and answered all queries without needing to look anything up or refer to anyone else
The parking charge was a bit hefty at 17 euros a night
Excellent hotel, stayed here before and will visit again.
Breakfast meal ticket system kept forgetting tickets.
Everything, plenty of choice for breakfast, nice and fresh. Staff all helpful, our room was lovely overlooking the garden spacious and clean, would definitely go here again.
I loved the Hotel - it has fantastic History & is beautifully maintained with a touch of class & great value... It is close & convenient - about 3 minute walk to the Market Square where all the restaurants & activity & fantastic Christmas Markets,Skate rink& beautifully lit buildings surrounding.. Hearing the Belfry tower bells is wonderful.. Upon arrival the service & hospitality was over & above.. I felt very welcomed & nothing was too much trouble for the Navarra Hotel team at Reception... The Jar Bar was even better experience with the best friendly helpful efficient service ever.. The bar gets very busy all at the one time late when everyone comes in for the night & stops by.. The customers are managed very well & all serviced with efficient professional friendly service from Franky...
There is nothing I didn't like - the hotel was clean & tidy all amenities are great & very comfortable welcoming stay in very convenient location to Market Square
Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much. My Brother's booking was cancelled by Booking.com and he wasn't aware of this until we arrived at the Hotel. The receptionist arranged accommodation at an alternative hotel. She was extremely efficient and went that extra mile to help him.
Everything!!! Apart from a few little things!
The changing room doors dont say if its womens or mens, girlfriend got walked in, on by a gentlmen! But she was wearing a towel! But apart from that great hotel! Will be staying again
