Everything was excellent would come again
The staff were extremely helpful and all spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Bed was extremely comfortable and room and bathroom very clean. It was 5 minutes from the centre. It was also real value for money! I will highly recommend this hotel to friends!
I cannot think of anything that caused displeasure!
Staff the friendliest ever.
Front bedrooms a lot of road noise
staff in reception
breakfast and staff there mosquitoes in room
location staff breakfast
room was too hot no fried eggs at breakfast
fantastic location breakfast pool staff
cheap looking room furniture. storage space in room. room size. room view. poor changing facilities in pool area. room not up to my expected 4* standard. being disturbed daily by staff when "do not disturb" sign on door.
Lovely clean hotel. Nice pool friendly staff. Good location could walk everywhere good choice of breakfast
Took a while to figure out the lift processes. Ended up walking up and down stairs most of the time
Great location, beautiful room, nice facilities.
Only having one night there
Close to all main attractions. Rooms very comfortable and quiet. Staff very helpful.
Attentive staff, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, perfect location and good value for money. Perfect for a w/e away.
We liked the central location, the quality of the hotel and it's beautiful setting
Fantastic location just 2 minutes from the main square with lots of restaurants & bars. Swimming pool with mood lighting was very relaxing. Staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Our room was in the loft but had character with exposed wooden beams. Very peaceful. Would definitely recommend.
No hotel restaurant & Bar was nice but didn't open until 3.30pm so couldn't get a tea/coffee in the hotel between end of breakfast and 3.30pm. Parking & breakfast quite expensive but this is the same in all central hotels in Bruges. We parked on the outskirts of town for just 2.00 Euros a day & bought breakfast from local bakery.
This was our 2nd trip to this hotel, and really it's hard to fault it, cleanliness 2nd to none, good location, friendly barman and good breakfast, as we are presently located in France for business, we will certainly be returning for the Christmas market, looking forward already.
The location was excellent. The reception staff were first class.
Staff at breakfast could have been a little more receptive
Location, presentation of the Hotel and the facilities but unfortunately we did not use them but will next time.
Not enough staff at the reception and I felt like a train on a short pit stop, I felt that it was too rushed at checking in.....
Staff and location. Excellent location. Great barman thank you Franky! Very well looked after. Will be back.
Brilliant location but still peaceful
Don't book breakfast- so close to Brugge with lots of choice and the hotel breakfast is over priced for what you get/and the quality
The location of hotel was perfect as less than 5 min walk to centre but still quiet. Breakfast was excellent value and the staff very pleasant & always helpful. Would definitely use this hotel if staying in Brugge again.
I loved the ambience of this hotel- relaxed yet wonderfully efficient! The staff- both front desk and housekeeping were homely, courteous and extremely helpful. A lovely relaxed and friendly hotel with a gorgeous room, garden and swimming pool! Would definitely stay again :)
Nothing at all!
lumpy bed & found a hair clip on bathroom floor on entering our room
Good choice of well prepared breakfast items. Very comfortable bed in a beautifully cleaned room. Helpful and friendly reception and dining room staff. The central location - yards from the Market Square, could hardly be bettered.
Though our room was nice and quiet, being at the back of the hotel, it got very little sunshine, and electric light was needed to read our guide books before setting out and when we got back.
We have stayed at the hotel before and know that the location is very good ,the staff and facilities great. On The weekend we arrived most of the centre was closed due to road works and a market but the lovely receptionist spent 20 minutes on the phone guiding us through the small side streets to the hotel. we also found the staff in the bar extremely curtious and helpful.
Trying to get to the hotel during a special market. Due to this we had a problem accessing the car park via the rear entrance.
The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was lovely and nicely decorated. The bartender was excellent and a lot of fun, even when asked for a cup of tea at midnight.
There was no warning that the parking would be so difficult. We hadn't noticed that we could book a parking space and we probably wouldn't have got one even if we'd booked. We had to spend almost an hour to find a space and still had to move the car later in the evening. More annoyingly, we were not able to drive to the hotel on Sunday as there was a street market, and we had to drag our luggage right through the market (about 10 mins walk).
