スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。ホテル内もとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

フィットネス施設の部屋が異常に寒かったです

マルクト広場まで徒歩5分弱で行けて、それでいて静かな場所にあるとても感じの良いホテルでした。朝食も種- 類が多く美味しかったです。お部屋は、多少狭いですがバスルームは広くて使いやすかったです。Wifiが無- 料で使えたのも良かったです。

場所柄か、チェーンホテルでありながら過程的な雰囲気でよかったと思う。部屋は清潔でありまた、レストラン- の雰囲気もよく料金からして十分満足できました。

ホテルのロケーションは良いですので観光には最適です。ホテルの設備、清潔さも良いと言えますしスタッフも- 丁寧で好印象でした。

The localisation of the hotel in the centre of the city is perfect.

The breakfast started too late, we had to wait for coffee for 20 min, because it was not self service, but there was no waiter either. The receptionist never answered the telephone when we called the room. The air-conditioning automatically shut off during the night, and the room got too hot.

Very relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff. Central location to centre. \Good breakfast.

The reception staff were excellent. As was the chap in the ground floor bar - very very good. Explained a lot about the city - and the scale and scope of the place - plus advised on beers. Pool and sauna a welcome addition. As was the ability to park there - had we needed to. Set back slighly from main road/strasse also was a plus.

Paying an extra €30 euros a night for breakfast - fair enough. But is ludicrous to then denmand extra when I wanted a double espresso with my pretty small breakfast. Had I wanted to I could have drank 5 litres of juice or coffee or tea - but not a double espresso. Thats just plain short- sighted. Our friends stayed "without breakfast" at the Crowne Plaza - and were able for way less get an exceptional breakfast, including double espressos. On this basis I would not recommend for value - but would recommend for location. Overall it has to be no.

Hotel was welcoming and the staff very friendly. It was my partner's 40th birthday and they gave him a gift of belgium chocolates which was a nice touch. Great location. We hope to visit Bruge again soon and would definately stay at the hotel again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

It was local to Brugge town centre and is a lovely Hotel. Clean and very comfortable

The cost of parking my car in there car park. I think that 17euro is too much

Convenient city centre location with secure parking. First class breakfast.
