We have stayed four times at this hotel and always appreciated the calm, quiet, but central location. It is always comfortable, the staff very attentive and friendly, and the breakfast extensive. We selected the hotel this time as we were accompanied by friends from Australia and thought that the historic associations would be appreciated, as they were.

Nice hotel. Very good location, close to the center of the city. Friendly personnel. Good quality breakfast.

Conveniently located, with walking distance to most things in town.

The price, as it is very steep for a relatively small room. Also limited parking and again at 17€ a night.

Great location and very comfortable. Only downside was the corrridors were a little like a rabbit warren and a bit of climbing up and down stairs involved so possible not good for those with walking difficulties. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Good restaurants in area and fantastic bar over the road.

The staff were excellent, attentive and always smiling nothing was to much. I can't add more than perfect in every way..

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was great. The room was very comfortable and a good size. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was terrific, close to everything.

The hotel was very well positioned for seeing Bruges-itmade a very good impression from entering the gates-it had an interesting History and the rooms although of a similar standard and decor had quite a bit of individuality-the staff were very courteous and the breakfast was good-I would cetainly use this hotel again if I revisit Bruges

I did not find anything that i did not like, but people with disabilities, would need to be careful about whereabouts in the hotel they stayed-some rooms involved quite a lot od steps-

Great location; extremely helpful staff; spacious and comfortable room; excellent breakfast, tasteful background music and impressive live jazz piano - an unexpected bonus.

A clean, comfortable hotel with an excellent location.

I was very disappointed as I chose the hotel because of its parking facilities only to find I couldn't park there when I got there.

There wasn't much choice with the tv channels. Mostly news channels which wasn't ideal for some stay indoors days, due to weather.

Great location, walking distance to all attractions, bars etc. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, but could do with wider selection.

Pretty much everything. Staff were great, as were the breakfasts, restaurant recommendations on their website are quite accurate. Free wi- fi was great. And very conveniently located for all city's attractions, however the room was extremely quiet at night.

Can't think of anything, maybe option of having newspapaers delivered, but that would be about it.
