Room small but adequate for our needs, very clean and well appointed. Good LCD TV with a wide variety of channels. Breakfast very good with a variety of hot and cold food available in a buffet style. Lift did not have inside door. Need to be careful when operating this. |

Central location, comfortable and with friendly staff. The hotel has been renovated since our last stay and we liked the changes. The ability to have drinks in our room was great and we liked the updated tv with uk channels. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location close to the square. Breakfast sets you up for the day (well, at least until lunchtime "waffle time"). Rooms clean and tidy, great shower. If I had to be picky, strange smell from the bathroom first night (not me or the wife). Wife found bed really comfortable, I thought it was a little too firm. Need the £ to be stronger, 10 euros for a Pimms & Lemonade. |

The hotel is ideally placed near the market of Bruges. Restaurants are close. The breakfast in the hotel was a buffet: boiled eggs, cooked eggs, sausages, mushrooms, several kidns of bread, ... breakfast as it should be. The fitness room is equiped with modern tools. Rather small room. Rather old-fashioned design/color of the room. |

friendly staffs, very clean and well maintained guest room, value for money, reasonable buffet breakfast a bit narrow space of parking lot but secured (located inside the building), small swimming pool (just for relaxation, maybe) |

The hotel was ideally situated for visiting not only Brugge but also for nearby war-time sites. Thought the car parking charges on the high side when already paying for hotel would be more acceptable if hidden in the hotel charge. |

We always stay at the Navarra when we are in Brugge. It is in town, everywhere is easily accessible and within walking distance. The comfort and friendliness of the staff make this an exceptional hotel. |

Courteous staff. Nearness to centre of Bruges. Well-appointed hotel. Room was smaller than the one one last time we stayed at the Navarra and a long way from the entrance lobby. |

We felt this was a high quality and really excellent hotel. Very central, a beautiful building in a quiet attractive street just off the main square, spacious, comfortable room with large bathroom. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were just sorry not to be staying longer. We would stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it |

A high quality hotel close to the heart of the City. Check in was easy, welcoming and efficient. As the reservation was pre-booked via this site all the information to check in was at hand and ready. Large rooms which were maintained to a high standard. An excellant breakfast in a spacious breakfast room. Highly recommended and we would stay there again. |

The Navarra provided everything we needed or a two day visit. It was clean, comfortable and so close to the old city. It has excellent facilities and the breakfast was great. For the price we paid I feel the parking should be free. |

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped - spare blankets, pillows and towels etc. The breakfast was excellent and offered a really good choice. The staff were very helpful. The position is very convenient for the city centre sights. I specifically enquired about snacks being available on arrival as two of our party are diabetic. I was told we could have pasta dishes in the bar on arrival. They could only supply pasta dishes for two persons and this would be 45 minutes, due to size of oven. We went eslewhere and did not use th bar again. The bar persons was most unhelpful. |
