It is very conveniently located close to the market square in the centre of Bruges, providing easy access to all attractions within the city. Staff were very helpful. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, though there was an area near the lobby where guests could make drinks to take back to their rooms (although on both occasions I made tea it was tepid at best). Had to pay an additional 15 Euros per night to use the car park. The swimming pool was so small we didn't bother using it (it looked to be about 4 x 5 metres) despite the presence of a pool being one of the main reasons we chose this particular hotel. |

Excellent Hotel just seconds away from the heart of Bruges. The owners are updating the the remaining unrefurbished bedrooms soon. Our room was superb--modern--spacious and well appointed. Couldn't ask for a better breakfast either. |

The location was very good for the centre.Staff were pleasant and helpful. We liked the parrot. We could have had a few more cloths "hangers" in the wardrobe. Also, we were supprised that there were no "chest of draws furniture" available to put our clothes into a draw. We had to keep the clothes in our suitcases ! This was poor in our view for a superior room ? Note: We paid for two superior rooms. |

first impressions excellent, hotel receptionist was excellent and very helpful. breakfast and staff also excellent. felt beds were uncomfortable and plastic key to room did not work, so at end of a long journery could of done without the hassle of having to keep returning to reception to correct it. |

The hotel has an excellent location, inside a tranquil and safe street, but just few meters away from the main shopping street "Steenstraat", and close to the main "Markt" square. Highly recommend!! Hotel staff was helpful, but not really courteous. Lacking the warm greetings and smiles for example. |

the size of the bedroom and the opportunity to watch english television if so wished should have been tea & coffee making automatically in the room, instead of having to ask for it. |

The hotel is very well located, close to main attractions (walking distance), the facilities offered were as expacted for such a hotel (I was afraid that the rooms are not heated enough but our room was great) and last but not least the building in itself is very nice - puts you in a "holiday" mood. Funny parrot in the lobby :) |
