The hotel is in an excellent location. Handy for the shops and market square. The room was very comfortable and warm (considering our stay was during a cold spell March). The parrot, in reception, is a pleasant novelty for visitors. The room did not have tea/coffee making facilities, which I expect, as normal these days. The reception staff were helpful when prompted, but could be more friendly. |

Good location close to most of the historic attractions of Bruges. Well fitted out, in sympathy with the local architectural environment Not the hotels fault, but there were raodworks all around at the time of our visit. |

The layout of the room and the location were good. The staff were friendly and helpful at the reception desk. Being disturbed despite displaying the 'Do NOT Disturb' sign! |

The Acacia was perfectly situated for a city break in Brugge. Staff very friendly and helpful, room very well decorated and comfortable. It is a shame there is not tea & coffee making facility in the room. Although there was a free tea & coffee machine on the ground floor, it is not the same as having the facility in your room. |

The Location was excellent, the room comfortable and a good size (although on the previous occasion we stayed we had a slightly nicer room). The Breakfast is very good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. My young son loved the parrot. Like the coffee corner facility. Appreciated the baby cot option for our room. I don't like twin beds that are pushed together to make a double. That is not a double bed but it is often the case in continental hotels. The carpet was stained which was a bit of a shame because it was otherwise clean. |

It was very clean and quiet, and the parrot was great fun!. the breakfast was good but probably not worth the price paid. There was only one very small pillow per person and no drawers to put clothes in. |

The parrot, the kindness of the staff, the sauna, the cosyness of the room, the care for details, the pool table without the holes :) (in the basement), the rich breakfast, the piano, making my own coffee. To be honest, i would have enjoyed a king size bed instead of two smaller ones put aside. But for only one night, it was ok. |

It is very conveniently located close to the market square in the centre of Bruges, providing easy access to all attractions within the city. Staff were very helpful. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, though there was an area near the lobby where guests could make drinks to take back to their rooms (although on both occasions I made tea it was tepid at best). Had to pay an additional 15 Euros per night to use the car park. The swimming pool was so small we didn't bother using it (it looked to be about 4 x 5 metres) despite the presence of a pool being one of the main reasons we chose this particular hotel. |

Excellent Hotel just seconds away from the heart of Bruges. The owners are updating the the remaining unrefurbished bedrooms soon. Our room was superb--modern--spacious and well appointed. Couldn't ask for a better breakfast either. |

The location was very good for the centre.Staff were pleasant and helpful. We liked the parrot. We could have had a few more cloths "hangers" in the wardrobe. Also, we were supprised that there were no "chest of draws furniture" available to put our clothes into a draw. We had to keep the clothes in our suitcases ! This was poor in our view for a superior room ? Note: We paid for two superior rooms. |

first impressions excellent, hotel receptionist was excellent and very helpful. breakfast and staff also excellent. felt beds were uncomfortable and plastic key to room did not work, so at end of a long journery could of done without the hassle of having to keep returning to reception to correct it. |
