Really great location, nice breakfast.
The location is great the market is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants downstairs. Love the cute parrot Coco in the reception area!
There is no electric water boiler in the room which is quite inconvenient.
The attention to detail in the room and it's facilities
Location quite but close to attractions.
Pillows- too small, one lumpy other too soft
The Location coupled with own secure car park
Not much at all
Really convenient location, apart from the road works outside which initially prevented us getting to the hotel without breaking every traffic law in the book! Once there, however it was great to be able to just walk around the corner and be in the main market square of this beautiful, tranquil city.
I was surprised and disappointed that there were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms. Even less expensive hotels like Premier have this facility for their guests, and I think that hotels like this should have it as standard.
Location excellent 5-minutes to town center. Room was air conditioned. Near-by shopping was very good. Free coffee was a plus.
Breakfast had a poor selection, I would not recommend it's purchase.
Excellent location, short walk from main square, restaurants, shopping street(s)... Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Room was spacious (lot more than expected) and bright, bed was very comfortable.
Close to everything that we wanted to see.
My GPS did not have the street so finding the hotel was a bit complicated for us.
The only good thing was the location and the beatiful garden court yard
The family room room was definitely not a four star hotel room. Rather one star. The elevator was dirty , especially carpets. The corridor to the room had bad lightening and appeared very unmodern. The room was in two storeys. With very steep stairs and no railing. Impossible to let kids stay downs stairs as the toilett was upstairs. No safety gate for stairs.Really dangerous.Smell in the rooms. No air condition. A very strange old fan. We found food on carpet and a glas on the floor! Room appeared not cleaned. Bathroom with shower very old. Basket for soaps etc very dirty and old. Balcony with crushed flower pot. Breakfast very simple. Not alloweed to eat in the garden court yard. Fruits with mould on. We checked in the evening with tired kids. If not , we would left at once! Worse stay ever at hotel!
Front desk staff were accommodating. Nice decor
No restaurant, no room service, breakfast was not included even though it was advertised that way on the internet.
Seems you have to book two nights to get to park there. Never heard of a hotel that would only let you use there spaces if you spend more than one night. Staff was very abrupt when we arrived. Stated we knew we were early and did not expect to check in just drop luggage. She felt she had to reiterate the check in time twice even though we told her we knew. When you are on holiday you don't expect to have to deal with rude receptionist, they did not seem to like their job. Then Wifi did not work in the room.
As the title says the location was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful
Not 4 star for me. I had a problem in that i had run out of Euros and reached my limit on my credit card, however i did have plenty of English pounds. However the Hotel didn't take English pounds. Nowhere was open to exchange money and they didn't really try anything to resolve my problem. When travelling through Europe many of the Hotels gave the option of paying in Euros or English pounds. This was a small problem that a hotel of this level should easily been able to resolve.
The hotel was located in the heart of the brugge, and it obtained to us wander around the city without any transportation. In addition, the bed was confortable.
Altough we paid 140 eur for a one night room, the breakfast was 15 eur per person.
Very good location. Staff was helpful. Breakfast also OK (Benelux standard)
I had ground-floor room with window to the street, however other rooms could be OK. Bathroom was a bit small.
Hotel was very central and staff were friendly and helpful. Particularly with regards to pointing out traffic limitations during the "shopping weekend" where we could have been stranded at the hotel
Location is perfect, right in centre. Free upgrade, so we had air con
The car park was expensive, but when you consider how much parking is in UK is...maybe it wasn't too bad (once we parked the car underground, we didnt need to use it until the day we left.
Friendly staff Location
Very thight parking for larger cars
friendly, helpful staff. very nice room and lobby and library. breakfast was top notch. central location in the town, easy walk to everything. on site parking available. quaint location on cobblestoned lane.
Location, convenience, and courtesy of staff. Air conditioned and large room. Reasonably priced parking.
No prepared fruit for breakfast. Coffee in Library not as good as the breakfast lounge.
The parrot The outside court yard The convenient location The breakfast
The parrot's mess The canopies over the front doors were dirty giving a poor impression No soap dish in Bathroom More hooks needed in bathroom Safe too high up, couldn't reach
location great reasonable price clean coco the parrott
prefer shower head that is removable from wall as if just wanted to wash hair only was a bit difficult. The canopy outside is a bit faded and could do with smartning up.
no coffee or tea machine in room . 15 euro s a night parking
Location Entrance hall bedroom & bathroom Breakfast Staff all excellent
machine for tea & coffee in library - it would have been better (& there was plenty of room!) to provide a kettle & a fridge with fresh milk!
Proximity to centre and shopping street. Quite and calm area.
Found one member of staff not very helpful and abrupt.
