Location Willingness to work with the customers. Style
Beds to close to floor mobility issues. No Coffee in room Bed towels removed and not replaced surprise in the morning.
Very comfortable hotel, very convenient for exploring Brugge. Excellent service. Entertaining parrot in the foyer.
Very clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of Bruges with secure parking available.
Separate toilet did not have a wash basin.
Staff were friendly and helpful, room was well presented clean and tidy, would highly recommend
The hotel is in a great location and is very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The beds were terrible - hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were sad and defeated - flat and provided no comfort at all. No desk staff until 7:00 am - problems getting a cab in the early hours.
Great location Nice room
Location and the room were both amazing!
Location and easy parking, clean comfortable rooms and fluffy towels, enjoyable breakfast, lovely Coco :)
A little disappointed with lack of welcome to the hotel.....have been visiting since 1990s and always very pleasant helpful reception...sadly I had to wait 20mins for someone to materialise to check me in without a word of an apology! Very out of character for Acacia !
Location and facilities were excellent. Love the talking parrot.
Only continental breakfast available, had to go out for English style breakfast.
The location was great and the room was really nice
Location. The bells and carillion.
Shower needs a non slip mat & a handle for safety.
Hotel is very close to the town centre
Location, Comfort and staff
Location and staff.
Really great location, nice breakfast.
The location is great the market is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants downstairs. Love the cute parrot Coco in the reception area!
There is no electric water boiler in the room which is quite inconvenient.
Very comfortable room.
Poor choice for breakfast considering it was 15 Euros per head.
The attention to detail in the room and it's facilities
The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Coco the parrot was great! Location good as it was in the city centre.
The hotel just wasn't as lovely as I'd expected, especially as I'd booked it as a birthday surprise. I've stayed in much nicer hotels at cheaper rates.
Location quite but close to attractions.
Pillows- too small, one lumpy other too soft
The Location coupled with own secure car park
Not much at all
Very central location, clean rooms, very comfortable beds and nice size bathrooms.
The hotel staff/owners should be careful not to assume that a room booked for two people means the people are married, or heterosexual.
walking distance to city center sites on site parking garage Wi-Fi balcony Coco (African Grey) in lobby
construction in the area made it very difficult to get to by car at the time don't like the rain shower in the bathroom - prefer regular shower
Really convenient location, apart from the road works outside which initially prevented us getting to the hotel without breaking every traffic law in the book! Once there, however it was great to be able to just walk around the corner and be in the main market square of this beautiful, tranquil city.
I was surprised and disappointed that there were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms. Even less expensive hotels like Premier have this facility for their guests, and I think that hotels like this should have it as standard.
Very well located, a short walk to so many of the diverse interests Bruges has to offer. A really lovely hotel in one of Europe's most beautiful cities. The room with the balcony added to the wonderful experience.
