Good restaurant, otherwise, Much negetive experiences. No pillow slips on pillows on arrival, night clerk said "We don't do that" so used towel 1st night. Reported next day, compensated with a free dinner. in hotel restaurant. Also came back from business to room full of eye watering steak grill fumes from kitchen below one night. Over charged on check out. Not impressed, will not recommend. Over Charged on check out. Booked 3 nights-No Breakfast via your website. On arrival saw menu, liked it and ordered 2 breakfasts Only due to 05:45 departure on Day 4. Got Billed for 3 nights with breakfast, on check out. I demanded refund of overcharge, night clerk said No Cash at desk, refused to do Credit to card. Now home, my bank is fixing. I do not recommend this hotel. |

Excellent location (right in fron tof Cathedral). Friendly front desk staff. Clean place. Tub and shower a plus. Free wireless moden didn't reach the room. TV in the room is tiny, if that matters to you. |

The room we had was spacious and had a great view overlooking the cathedral. Cost of breakfast is ridiculous at 15EUR - my wife only wanted a coffee and a banana! Advertised free wifi did not work anywhere in our room - the staff wished me good luck but it seemed they were well aware of it |

It was suited in the centre of the city and had all the venue's on walking distance there was no cofffee/tea maker in the room |

The location was really good, even though there's a cathedral nearby of which the bells sound at times. The street it is in (with some bars, restaurants, etc.) can be pretty noisy, but when you close the windows it is reduced to a level that is fine. What I kind of disliked was the lack of fresh air in the room itself. We had to keep the windows closed in order to keep the sounds from the street outside, but since there were some heating pipes going through our room, it made the air quite unpleasant, making us wake up with headaches. |
