Score from 282 reviews Excellent
We found the area very good and we imagined that in summer it may very well be excellent. The trip on the coast tram is very good and as for the town there is an abundance of bars and restaurants. Next summer the water park will be open.
We were there during the hurricane and although it was not the fault of the good folk of De Panne it did restrict our walking
Restaurant was very good, excellent service at breakfast and good breakfast.
No bar, had to ask in restaurant for drink and they took it to you in another room Some staff were, at times, not as helpful or polite as they could be.
Hotel Cajou is on the main street close to many restaurants and only a hundred yards from the beach. There is also a stop nearby for the Belgian coastal tramline.
Lovely, comfortable, modern rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Accessible parking. Very close to the beach, just one road behind the main seafront. I would return.
The parking was quite expensive for residents. I had hoped it would be free for residents.
Very friendly and helpfl staff. Room beautifully refurbished very recently. Enjoyable continental breakfast. Very clean hotel.
Parking can be hard to find but there is an unrelated car park for €10 across the street. Trams can be noisy for rooms at front of hotel.
Very hot in room no air con
Good location near the front, staff were friendly
Room was tiny and very hot. Toilet was behind a sliding door at the end of the bed. Wi-Fi didn't work in the room as it was too high up.
Located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Recently (2013) refurbished rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Very trusting and helpful staff. This is our third stay at Cajou and we will definitely be returning to the hotel when we visit Belgium again.
Being British, it would be nice if tea and coffee facilities were available in the rooms. Something we take for granted in hotels back home and miss when not there.
Breakfast shower garage facilities
No tea or coffee facilities in the room
I liked the Hotel itself. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very helpful. The Hotel was quaint.
Unfortunately it is located in a depressed area. I bought several postcards from the Hotel, addressed and paid for stamps which I was promised would be taken care of that day and no one received my postcards.
Friendly staff, good location. Handy parking and generous time for booking in and when leaving. Comfortable room/very clean. Prompt help with using safe (no instructions in room)
No welcome leaflet/hotel guide in room for TV use or details of meal times, not aware of wellness area.
Staff was very friendly.
WiFi didn't work for my Mac and iPhone. The room was very old and small.
Nice small clearly family run business with a very nice warm attitude to clients. The check-in was very nice and informal. The room was cosy and peaceful. The other clients discrete and quiet. Parking is a plus as they have their own private parking and the centre is very difficult to find a decent place to leave the car.
The parking was very tight so when you have a big car like me it wasn't easy to park.
very comfy beds nice clean rooms great shower and great service with good location would recomend
no tea/coffee making facilities in room
all what you want
The hotel was perfect, we will stay there again , and the staff were very helpful
Met my requirements as I required a balcony
Prices seem to be creeping up a lot now than when we used to go before
We like everything about it which is why we have stayed there many, many times. Please see former comments
