the bed my son did had his own bed,,, night stuff not very friendly ,also no internet,and i dont thing the hotel is 3 star maybe 2. |

Nice, (small) clean room. The lady at the reception was not friendly at all. She was drinking coffee while 4 people were waiting at the reception desk to pay their bill, not very professional. |

Breakfast was fine, some hot stuff (scrambled eggs, bacon) and enough choice of pastry, fruit, dairy. Room was not big, but clean and modern. Free parking lot, very quit location. a little bit hard to find the parking lot from the main road. |

Reception staff were fantastic--I did not eat there, but observed the dining area, which was clean, pleasant and since my last visit had been updated. Campanile in my opinion is similar to uk travel lodge. I was not there as a tourist, the hotel served my needs well, however I cannot comment on the area as a tourist destination. This was my 3rd stay and I have never had cause for complaint |

Most things were good. The rooms were small but clean and comfy. They did not have a lot of choice at the bar and they did not have a full menu at the weekends. The menu was not very extensive and when I asked if they could make a plain omelette for my mother they did not even ask the chef and refused straight away. There was only one member off staff at any one time to cover reception, bar and dinning room so we had to wait quite a lot to be served. |

It's a very standard hotel with reasonable prize I think. A/C during the summer time would be welcomed. There was a long cue in the morning for those leaving the hotel. The recepionist seemed to be rude and she was showing her impatience to customers - it was unprofessional behaviour. |

Friendly staff, internet access in all the rooms, access to the train station within 2 minutes walking. No room service, no drinking water in rooms, limited tea/coffee supplies. |

You simply know what you will get with those bigger well known hotel chains. Campanile is simple but all you need in a hotel room. And our room was clean and on the not train side (more quiet). And free parking!!!! Most hotels in the neighbourhood all ask about 10 to eur 20,= per day especially closer to Brussels and Antwerp. |
