Campanile Hotel & Restaurant Brussels Vilvoorde  

Stayed in this hotel several times. Rooms on the East side (odd room numbers) are quieter than on the West side: less noise from railway and parking. Basic yet adequate rooms. Excellent parking space.

It is a nice hotel which can be chosen over the overpriced hotels in Brussels city center. The train station is very close to the hotel and the hotel can be reached with a short train trip from the city center. The hotel has a decent restaurant serving lunch and dinner.

Do not choose this hotel if you are targeting Zaventem area. Otherwise, you will pay some serious amounts for taxi. Reception assists you in every matter if you ask for support. However, the reception has a strange type of service attitude which should be definitely improved.

The staff is very kind and professional. The room I had was nice and clean as the bathroom, which seemed, however, a bit dated. Overall good price/quality.

I was staying at the Hotel as I was having an operation in the local hospital. I found the room clean, fairly comfortable, staff fairly friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

This is definitely a business hotel. The restaurant only served Pizzas at the weekend which my husband who was accompanying me was not impressed about. We ate in the restaurant on Thursday night together and had a full choice of menu. Service very slow and the chef was also the waiter. From the outside it looks like a Prison with it's grey walls but fairly ok inside. Dont think I would go back again.

The friendly staff. The food was expensive, two 9" pizza and two Coke was 25 euros!! Location wise though, was great as it was only a 5 minute walk to the train station of Vilvoorde. Very clean rooms!!

The cost of the food and the very small restaurant for such a big hotel.

The Hotelroom was clean and the Bed was very comfortable , along with free WiFi and good service from personnel and free Parking , all in all very good. I will definately use this Hotel again.

How to reach the Carpark could be better (Signs)

Poor service. The W lan wos down and the service was missing

Really nice staff, comfortable beds, big fluffy pillows. The breakfast was 10 euros, but it was alright. When you're hungry, who cares. They ordered me a taxi for the next morning, and when the taxi was late, they called the taxi company again for me.

The heating wasn't on, but it was fine because there were lots of extra blankets and I sleep with the window open anyways.

Staff were pleasant. Overall good but basic.

Kettle wasn't working in room and no attempt was made to repair. We were offered hot water from the reception however that meant having to go there defeating the whole point of having the in room service in the first place.

Proximity to city, included parking. Had planned to use train but could not make it work. Ended up driving.

Seemed a little pricy.

Very helpful staff.

The quality of the croissants were poor. They were over baked and hard. I suspect that they were not fresh.

Good food in the restaurant.

No complaints.
