Friendly Staff, good Price Quite a long way to the City centre, but you can follow the Pretoriasstreet (on the other side of the bridge over the Singel) to the nearest Tram stop. |

Staff were nice and the hotel was near the ring-road in a quiet area Told us that are booking was not in their computer for the second night and so did not clean our room or replace the towels on the 2nd day |

The hotel was clean and the staff good, but i was under the impression i had paid by card. I had to pay again. |

It was a good experience again. Good standard of facilities, cleanliness and at a good price! The staff were very good. The only negative point is that perhaps more coffee/milk in the room would have been good. One cup of coffee and one cup of tea per person isn't enough. There was only enough milk for one or the other so we had to have black coffee ~ yuk! |
