The hotel is quite close to the Brussels International Airport and convenient to and from the airport. Your information said that after 23:00, the reception would be closed. However, when we arrived at the hotel after midnight, a staff was there and a normal process of checking in was done, which was good! |

I booked the hotel based on its location adjacent to the airport and for the price. I found both to match well with my needs. |

Best price for money, practical for Zaventem airport, not far from Brussels if by car, free parking, hairdryer, tv, coffee/tea in room, all included in a quite small space. Perfectly OK for 1 night or only sleeping there ;.-)). Didn't try the restaurant and breakfast but the dinner offers looked very interesting. Noice due to electric device "because of humidity problem" explained the receptionnist (hopefully not anymore in the future). May be this noice covered the street noice (as next to a road - not to noisy though). We slept good and were not waken up by either noices. |

Easy to reach from the ring, quite close to Zaventem airport (car needed). Restaurant is quite basic, but fine. Very basic rooms, windows don't close well so you hear the noise from the road. The only reason to use it is that other Zaventem airport hotels hotels are clearly more expensive. |

It was easy to get to from one exit away on the Ring. The hotel was quiet at night, and the room and bath were very well cleaned. Only the ventilation fan was a bit noisy. |

Price. The room was not very clean, there were no elevators, there was a smell from the bathroom and the food in the restaurant was very bad. |

Food was good in the restaurant, as was the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. Rooms were clean, smaller and compact, but fine for an overnight stay. Unusual windows (in the roof) and the wedge shape of the ceiling made it feel more cramped than spacious. |

Close to airport. Very friendly staff. Good food at restaurant. Rooms in dependance with external access only, so you have to keep windows close. Poor heating system. Small room. |

Wifi Internet was not working and could not be repared while I was there. Anyway, it would have been much too expensive. 5 Euro per hour. Should be for free. Very noisy, thin walls, no acoustic insulation. Very cold rooms, could hardly been heated with the little electric convector. personnel not very courteous. |

The room was hideously cold, bathroom walls and facilities dirty, wardrobe with no door, no plug sockets in the room. Utterly poor. |

Charged €21 for breakfast rather than the price quoted on Booking.com - not impressed for what was basically bread and cheese. Also woken at 5:00am due to banging noise from elswhere in the hotel which went on for a long time meaning getting back to sleep was difficult. |

The walls in the bathroom were not very clean, and on TV were only french en german spoken programs. I thougt that Zaventem was a dutch speaking community? |
