It's comfortable if you want to stay close to the airport and you have got a car.

In the area around the motel there's nothing interesting.

Lack of plug sockets. Basic, basic, basic. Prison like. Lacking privacy.

Arrived to find the sink in my room didn't drain. Called reception and he turned up with a plunger. After a couple of plunges, faeces came up. Was moved to another room, which had no internet connection/wifi reach, and no tea/coffee facilities. Was moved to another room, which was better, but in the morning I ended up with pink-eye, and my colleague in another room had a terrible rash. There is nothing good about this hotel and it should be condemned. Imagine the worst motel you see in us movies.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. I did not want to spend a lot on a hotel room as I had an early flight the next day. The staff arranged for my early transfer at 4:00am and the taxi was waiting when I walked out of my room.

Attitude of staff, not really friendly, keeping busy while barely talking or answering to my questions. No porters. Poor sign with hands to tell me where to find the room. Building and passages neglected

In booking site we can annulate the room and I coul'nt annulate the second night!

Perfect to access the Bxl intl Airport in less than 10 minutes.

The manager at the reception desk - Robin - was very friendly and helpful. Good location for the Zaventem airport. Good parking lot. Clean room.

The room's door was very difficult to open. We did not have Wi-Fi in the room so we could not use the internet. The blankets are very narrow and thin, we did not find the extras so it was rather cold during the night.

The Room was too cold, and only about 4.00 in the night the temperature starter to be acceptable.

It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful at checkin.

It was freezing cold in the room and there was 1 tiny electric heater that, turned on to full heat, finally got the room warm after six hours. The bathroom also had a tiny heater that was supposed to stay on for 7 min, 14 min or 21 min, depending upon how many times the button was pushed - 1, 2 or 3 times. The longest it stayed on was 35 seconds with 3 pushes of the button. It was 100 euros for this travesty.

Poor heat, uncomfortably cold. Noisy Dangerously slippery tub. Small space, little room to move around. Bed very lumpy and way too hard

The room was cold. There was no air conditioning, and although the heater worked, it wasn't good enough to heat the room. The blinds of the room didn't work very well, and it was difficult to open them. The cleaning staff entered my room twice on the morning of my first day, while I was getting ready - which is unacceptable. The breakfast didn't have much variety, the toaster wasn't completely working, and there wasn't even warm milk.

What I most liked was the attention of the staff: Lisiebeth,Maria and Tom.

I didn't like it at all and I'll never go back there again, if I may avoid it. The only positive thing about it was that it was close to the location where I had bussiness (and btw this was the last hotel available in the area)

It's like a cheap motel in the States, but then not for a cheap price. The heating during the first night didn't work - so it was quite cold in the room.

Only one english tv channel. Slow and bad internernet. The hot food was out with the breakfast for more than 60% This is more a motel than hotel. To expesive for the value.

Very fri endly and accomdating staff. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It was entirely perfect for our overnight stay with very adequate and clean rooms. Due to our scheduling we unfrotunately id not use the restaurant. d

For overnight accomaodations defintely stay at this hotel.

The only good point on this trip was it was near to where I worked !

I've stayed here 4 times due to location only, and on two occassions they have tried to add extra items on my bill. On my last trip and this will be the last time I go there as I do not trust them, they tried to add a bill for a meal and two beers, and I explained to them when I paid the bill for tax reasons the night before departure as I was leaving early, however when I just gave the door key to reception at 06.30 in the morning I have the guy running after me demanding the money for the meal. Fellow travellers check your items in your bill as this has happened twice now and I will not use this hotel for this reason.
