Price and free parking. Description listed AC in the room. No such thing exists. When we wanted to show the front desk clerk the description of the room on booking.com, she disabled Internet connection. The hotel was not even able to provide a fan and it was very hot that night. We requested an extra bed for a child under 10 per description, they claimed they did not get that message. Also the hotel is located near a nuclear plant. No food around the place. Very industrial area. |

I had surgery and they were kind enough to bring me the food to my room. It was not a nice location and it cost an absolute fortune in taxis. The rooms were basic and the non smoking rooms still reeked of cigarettes. The beds had dips in so had huge backache. Tea and coffee facilities were limited. For the price, not the best. |

The hotel was located close to Brussels which is why we chose it, and it was close to a train station and the bus to Brussels stopped right outside. There is free parking on site and free internet which was great. The room was very small, we had our teenage daughter and she had to sleep on a trundle bed which then meant that their wasn't much room to move, we also had to move furniture around to get it to fit. So I don't recommend it for families with older children. The hotel is also in an industrial area near a power station. |

A strong bad smell in the room despite the fact that we kept the window open one whole day. We booked a room for 4 persons but we got only 2 (one-person) pillows so my wife and myself slept without pillow. After one day we got one more pillow, so it was only me who slept without a pillow. A good hotel, with everything you need for a short business trip. Good car parking, and a nice restaurant/bar. BBC1 & 2 on the TV, plus a selection of other european channels. Nothing much else round the hotel except industry, however i did see the bus on a number of occasions. WiFi connection was a bit slow after about 7pm when everyone jumped on it. Was about 4mb in the afternoon, then by the evening couldn't even load some pages :s. |

Hotel facilities are basic but the restuarant is very high quality. The location makes it more a buisness persons hotel, however it suited our needs. Smoking has now been banned inside the hotel. |

Le service a été impécable.Nous avons bien été reinseigner et notre journée à Bruxelles fut fort réussi. La dame a l'acceuil nous avait indiquer les points d'intérêts de la ville que nous avons très bien apprécier en plus de nous indiquer un point de stationnement simple et facile d'accès depuis l'hôtel. Merci pour tout La chambre était trop petite pour trois personnes. Lorsque nous avons installé le lit d'appoint sous les lits simples, nous n'avions plus d'espaces pour bouger. |

vriendelijk personeel; rustige kamer aantal gebruikelijke faciliteiten ontbreekt: haarfohn, gratis wifi. Het bed voor de kinderen was een uitklapbank en niet een volwaardig bed, en de kamer was erg krap toen de bank was uitgeklapt. Grootste probleem was dat ons menu niet in orde was, de zalm was niet gaar, en 's nachts zijn wij er ziek van geworden. |

het ligt zeer kort bij het station, wat goed is als je wilt verder reizen, het ligt wel een beetje afgelegen van het centrum ma kort bij is een bushalte dus is zeer positief. de service is goed het hotel is mooi de kamers zijn proper, er is een gezellig teras met tuin, is mooi, en het ontbijt is zeer uigebreid, verse fruitsap + vers fruit. qua prijs kwaliteit is het zeer goed en zeker een aanrader. geen klachten |
