Its nice hotel but the for four people is basically for two person. It shoudn be class as four person accomodation. Moneywis its very reasonable. Good experiance to stay for two night.

Bright colors

Breakfast was not included, but we could of paid for it if we really wanted to; we ate dinner there and had to reorder a steak; it was well done and we ordered medium. good service though

Easy to get to and from the motorway. Hotel was cheap and cheerful, clean and quiet with good parking.

The hotel was great. However, liege was not my most favourite city. If you are going, I wouldnt suggest walking into town as some areas are a bit dodgy. The catheadral area was the nicest.

Parking was easy very clean rooms when we got there they forgot to make the extra beds but done it asap great service

We when for breakfast at 9.00 am and there was nothing left to eat asked for more food and was told that all there is!!! I pre booked breakfast and was very annoyed Not a happy customer

New designed rooms.

Electricity on/off evening and morning. The room is heated by electricy, minus 5 degree outside - it´s cold inside. Bad comfort.

Restaurant stayed open till 10 in the evening so we were able to eat arriving 940.

Our gps located the motel with no problem.

Our reserved room for a family of 4 was not available and we were offered 2 rooms instead which meant we would not be staying together as planned. We had to wait 1 hour past our check-in time to use the rooms. Once checked in, we left to explore the town and have dinner. Upon our return we were unable to access one of the rooms with the key we were provided. A trip to the desk got us a new key, and upon re-entering our 2nd room, we found that the beds had been remade into one rather than 2 and our children's Nintendo ds players and games were gone, along with a few consumable items they had left in the room. The manager confirmed that the room had been re-cleaned because the clerk who checked us in didn't mark the room correctly as occupied for the night. The manager admitted that an employee had entered the room but insisted that no had removed our belongings and refused to accept responsibility for our $450 loss. We were robbed. We have never had a complaint about any of the places we have booked through Booking.com until now. Our children are so upset and we were unable to rest at all overnight after being victimized this way. And over 4 hours of our time were taken to sit in the police station filing a police report. We could never recommend this location to anyone!

Room very small, clean but shabby and in need of up-dating

Nothing it was very run down.

The position of the hotel was very built up and right next to a main road. The room was very tired, mould in the bathroom no plug for the sink, the ceiling had been patched up, the curtains did not fit correctly, the T.V. wouldn''t work, the food was basic and expensive. We have stayed at Campagnile before that were good but this one was total rubbish and we will be writing to head office to complain. We wouldn't have minded too much if the price reflected the standard. The car park was very vunerable to criminals as it was not gated. However the staff were trying their best in a difficult situation.

The hotel was very basic but it was located near the motorway and not far to the city centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was showing some signs of age but it served its purpose. The staff we came into contact with were polite and helpful.

Easy to find, just off the motorway, but far enough away not to be noisy. Fast, free WIFI Clean and comfortable. Easy to get into town, by car or taxi. Excellent breakfast, served from 6am

it could be confusing to find as there are two junction 33 exits coming north on the E25

Nice and cheap hotel, with friendly staff and good restaurant.

Restaurant food & service was good.

Room was shabby and in need of renovation. Appalling smell of tobacco and body odour in the room. Cardboard cups for hot drinks is unacceptable.

This was a return visit 9 days after previous visit. Different staff but still helpful and friendly as before.

The service in the restaurant was much slower than our previous visit. It was obvious that more staff was required. There were two servers on duty but one server was dealing with reception and restaurant orders and it was obviously difficult to cope. This needs attention for the future.

Good restaurant, helpful friendly staff. Good access to motorways.

ONLY....The night we stayed was the soccer Champions League Game between Chelsea & Bayern. Televised in over 150 nations, followed by millions...except in our Hotel! I would think that a Hotel Chain like Campanile would have such important sports events in their tv subscription. But alas, they did not, so those dozens of fans who stayed in the hotel that night went somewhere else to watch...and eat & drink!
