Cheap (for the area) very helpful, excellent English. The area, in the business district was poor, while it didn't feel unsafe there were lots of prostitutes around the streets. The lift wasn't working, although they did offer to move us to lower floors.

It appeared run down and poorly maintained. The lift was broken and no help offered to take luggage to room via the stairs. There was a light bulb missing in the bathroom which was not replaced even after I had brought its absence to the attention of the front desk during a two night stay. The shower did not drain properly. I will not use again and would advise against its use should my opinion be sought. It is a shambles.

Clean and reasonably confortable rooms. We had problems with our booking and payment details at the hotel. The hotel personnel did not seem to communicate well with each other.

The hotel offers good facilities at ground floor, the highly lighted breakfast room, including outside tables, a good chaired bar room, and also a few chairs in the reception room. The reception had good and professional staff, speaking different languages. The room for the rear part of the hotel is pleasantly rounded by a small garden with high trees and birds.

Parking voor slechts 9 euro is prima. Kamer en badkamer: klein, afgeleefd, weinig comfortabel. Aan renovatie toe. Ontbijtzaal slordig en ontbijt was matig.

Le personnel est aimable et très serviable, la chambre que nous avions côté jardin est très calme. La situation géographique de l'hotel, pres des transport en commun et pres des quartiers sympa de bruxelles (avenue louise, quartier du chatelain, place flagey...). Le côté vieillissant et la déco de l'hôtel, surtout celle de la salle de déjeuner, l'hotel meriterait un coup de neuf!

Schimmel im Badezimmer. Im allgemeinen könnte man das Badezimmer als renovierungsgedürftig bezeichnen. Auch im Schlafzimmer waren mehrere grosse Flecken auf dem teppich zu sehen. Der Fahrstuh funktionierte nicht. (Während unserem dreitägigen Aufenthalt). Morgens sehr viel Lärm im Hotel.

Personnel à la hauteur. Esprit commercial de la direction : suite problème électrique dans la salle de bain, la direction a accepté de ne pas nous faire payer 3 nuits de garage. Petit déjeuner très satisfaisant, dans une salle agréable. Situation géographique. Chambre un peu petite. Isolation phonique détestable (on entend le téléphone des autres chambres, ouverture des portes etc etc). Salle de bain petite avec baignoire peu engageante, sécurité de la prise électrique suspecte. Literie très inconfortable. Tapis des couloirs donnant une impression de saleté. En conclusion cet hôtel doit être absolument rénové en profondeur. Comment peut-il être classé 3 *** ? Rapport qualité/prix donc insuffisant.
