Cinéhotel Capitole  

We stayed at James Bond room :) very pretty, warm and modern, gorgeous toilets too! helpful receptionists. Definitely worth the price. One evening we went to the cinema they have (right in the hotel), it was very fun and convenient to go see a movie 30 seconds walking distance from room.. (cinema also great, very spacious!) Small town, if you're travelling with car there's lots of parking and Brugges and Gent are a short drive away. We'll gladly come back and stay there again!

Although we arrived outside the times when Reception was open, they were all prepared for us and keys and instructions were ready in an envelope for us to collect on arrival.

Beds were comfortable and hotel staff were friendly.

Rooms were dirty, extremely noisy location, had to change rooms twice because the room was not ready.

The staff are far more friendly now than they used to be. They speak good English and are helpful. The room we had was spacious and clean, also with an air con unit should we have needed it. The sweeties on the pillow is a nice touch. Bar prices are reasonable.

Otherwise the space and furniture were of high standard. we even had english channels!

The room itself was fine but the aeration was very poor , we had to shut the window at night even though it was hot as we did not feel safe being in a downstairs room (10) and also the bathroom needed aerating . Otherwise the space and furniture were of high standard. we even had english channels!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Good selection of food at breakfast.

Nothing to dislike but the car park was difficult to get to and away from the hotel. We had to walk outside to get from our room to the dining room. Could have been a problem if wet or cold.

If you are planning a trip to Brugges this is the hotel for you as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city as well as 15 minute drive/ride to the city. The best food in all of Belgium in my opinion is just 5 minute walk from the hotel called Le Genetier. If you love stuff like steak and frog legs in garlic sauce you have arrived! Staff are friendly but dont depend on the bikes provided by the hotel as they are naff and they dont even have an air pump to fill up the tyres.

Unreliable bikes which were overpriced to hire. Rooms could be noisy due to facing tge street. Worst of all limited continental breakfast so dont feel you have bagged a bargain when they say breakfast included!

Die Ausstattung entspricht der eines 2-Sterne Hauses. Wir empfehlen das Hotel allerdings nicht weiter, da die Sauberkeit, insbesondere des Badezimmers, sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen hat! Auch von einem günstigen Hotel kann man erwarten, dass gerade die sanitären Einrichtungen ordentlich geputzt sind.

Hygiene auf der skala 1-6 (schulsystem) 5 -- immerhin die betten wurden täglich gemacht badhygiene (abgesehen von frischen handtüchern) nicht vorhanden

Leuk hotel i.v.m. de cinema-uitstraling! Alles netjes en personeel vriendelijk.

Gewoon een prettig hotel voor iemand die op doorreis is. Goed ontbijt.
