Window at the bathroom and several UK TV channels Many things were not acceptable for a 3 star hotel: - very very poor breakfast and low quality products; carpet on the floor in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since a long time ago; reception open only from 2 PM to 6 PM; the hotel is pretty old - it looks like it needs a serious refurbishment. |

It was OK. Fine for the price. Room 15's door lock was almost impossible to either open/ close. I asked for help and one of the staff knew I was in 15, which suggests that this was not the first time they had heard of the problem. It would be a fire hazard, it took a lot of fiddling to get the key to work. The door of the bathrooms (we had 2 rooms) didn't close, not ideal for privacy. |

the staff were very freindly and helpfull. the breakfast was excellent and the hotel is situated in the middle of town There was no kettle, coffee and tea in the rooms |

The hotel is fine situated in the middle of the town near distance to the railway station and on walk distance to the city centre where their are three excellent restaurants Yes the room situated at the front site was having a small bathroom and also the trafic noise was significant a special at night |

Convenient location. Clean, basic room. Friendly, helpful staff. Free boat trip. No hot water in the morning. Had to ask for information pack (included in price) which was in belgian!!! |

Staff was welcoming and helpfull. Please remember that you should call the hotel if you expect to arrive after 6pm. You should also bare in mind that the hotel is located in a suburbs. The hotel has its own face and that is nice. However, rooms need some renovation. |

Breakfast was well laid out and on time, important for an early start.The staff were very helpful The cinema provided a relaxing evening. The lack of parking space in the hotel grounds though this was offset by being able to park inside the hotel to unload and load the car. Plenty of parking spaces were available in a road behind the hotel a minutes walk away |
