The staff, the hotel position&location, the breakfast (sufficiently enough choices), room cleaning&maintenance, good choice for visitors using cars because is close to gent&bruges, and anvers or brussels is not very far either, supermarket very close (carrefour/GB), city center in 5-10 minutes walk Staff available in limited time interval only (not after 9.30pm), no hotel parking space, the room heating not very good (might be only temporary), not many visitors (but maybe this is not hotel's fault), rooms are not very large (rather under medium for a triple room) |

Nice staff, good breakfast. If you travel between Brugge and Gent - very good location - just in the middle. not about the hotel specifically but about advertisement in the bookings.net - we did not see options for 3 persons in the room while they were available |

On the 29th of August that we arrived, the young lady that was at the reception (around 6pm) was very helpful and wonderful Yes, the basic things like bins in the rooms, hot water kettle and coffee/tea materials were not provided by the hotel and finally one of the Staff that was on duty on the 31st August and 1st Sept. was horrible and not helpful at all. |

The fact that it was close to my meeting that weekend The receptionist didn't know how the payterminal worked and accepted only creditcards, not EC cards, very weard. She was clearly not trained to be effcicient. Breakfast was very basic/poor. |

location near to Gent and Brugge. The rooms were to small and noisy. The water running through the pipes kept waking us up. The first room was terrible. |

It is a quiet neighborhood and there are free parking places available. Very poor breakfast and the hotel is far away from Bruges. |

Clean and presentable, Air con available for small extra in rooms (essential in summer) Interesting place to stay, breakfast served far too late at weekends though, 8.30am start ! no good if you have to be somewhere. Breakfast served very late at weekends (8.30am) but was very good when it was ready. |

The room and the bed were comfortable, and at 50 Euro per night for 2 persons with breakfast, it was very good value. Breakfast was not good, poor quality cheese and ham and preserves. Also the bread rolls were not baked properly (the dough was not cooked inside) |

Quirky, convenient location. Breakfast included in booking.com room rate. decor a bit tired and dated. Room not ready when we checked in - weren't allowed to check in until 2pm and then found we had to wait another 45 minutes for them to finish cleaning the room |

Window at the bathroom and several UK TV channels Many things were not acceptable for a 3 star hotel: - very very poor breakfast and low quality products; carpet on the floor in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since a long time ago; reception open only from 2 PM to 6 PM; the hotel is pretty old - it looks like it needs a serious refurbishment. |

It was OK. Fine for the price. Room 15's door lock was almost impossible to either open/ close. I asked for help and one of the staff knew I was in 15, which suggests that this was not the first time they had heard of the problem. It would be a fire hazard, it took a lot of fiddling to get the key to work. The door of the bathrooms (we had 2 rooms) didn't close, not ideal for privacy. |
