Easy to find, clean room with a good range of tv channels to cater for most needs.

Small room, no refreshments in room, no facilities open in the evening. Bit expensive for what was on offer.

Its location halfway between Ghent and Bruges, and the fact that it had a 2 bedroomed room, which is what you want when travelling with a 2 and 4 year old! Plus its buffet breakfast was excellent and good value for money.

The room and the corridors were a little tired, and not much had been made of the courtyard.

Very friendly and helpful hotel stuff, very good location for visiting both Gent and Brugges (15 minutes by train), room was spacious and comfortable, good restaurant nearby.

Otherwise the space and furniture were of high standard. we even had english channels!

The room itself was fine but the aeration was very poor , we had to shut the window at night even though it was hot as we did not feel safe being in a downstairs room (10) and also the bathroom needed aerating . Otherwise the space and furniture were of high standard. we even had english channels!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Good selection of food at breakfast.

Nothing to dislike but the car park was difficult to get to and away from the hotel. We had to walk outside to get from our room to the dining room. Could have been a problem if wet or cold.

If you are planning a trip to Brugges this is the hotel for you as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city as well as 15 minute drive/ride to the city. The best food in all of Belgium in my opinion is just 5 minute walk from the hotel called Le Genetier. If you love stuff like steak and frog legs in garlic sauce you have arrived! Staff are friendly but dont depend on the bikes provided by the hotel as they are naff and they dont even have an air pump to fill up the tyres.

Unreliable bikes which were overpriced to hire. Rooms could be noisy due to facing tge street. Worst of all limited continental breakfast so dont feel you have bagged a bargain when they say breakfast included!

La propreté

L’hôtel est mal insonorisé, on entend les autres clients dans le couloir ou dans leur chambre. De plus, l’hôtel donne sur une cour où il y a un petit bar, donc nous n'avons pas pu nous endormir tranquillement à cause des clients du bar qui étaient en terrasse. Il n'y a pas de permanence de nuit. Il faut prévenir l'hôtel si l'arrivée se fait après 18h ! Nous sommes arrivés à 23h et la clé de la chambre, nous attendait à la réception dans une enveloppe !

insonorisation des chambres médiocre tout comme l'isolation, thème du cinéma n'est pas assez poussé dans les chambres.
