Convenient location. Enormous bed - very comfortable We felt it tried too hard to be different. Weird angle of toilet seat, lighting, uncomfortable chair, basically apart from the bed it was not a room in which one could sit and relax.

The bedding was extremely comfortable. The location of Hotels was terrific. Convenient elevator from room level to parking level. Nice looking place and comfortable at the same time. No room service available. No tissues in room. No washcloths. Bad quality towels and toilet paper.

The food and service were good. The design of the rooms and the entire hotel are too cold everything is black. The toilet, the sink, the walls etc. The bathroom in your room is a step up from the floor. The lighting is difficult to figure out.This hotel is not for me not coisy at all.

Location, furnishings, style. Hotel has the potential, but fails miserably for the business traveler as the wifi was not working in the room, and little elsewhere. Despite requests to sort it, no-go. The menu in the restaurant was disappointing. Breakfast was not well organised, and not staffed adequately.

het is een luxe kamer, midden in de "stad" Genk. Personeel is in het algemeen vriendelijk. Kamers zijn stil, geen geluidsoverlast. De kamer was erg donker, en we kregen de airco niet goed geregeld waardoor het erg warm bleef op de kamer.

het hotel en restaurant voldeden volledig aan onze verwachtingen ivm prijs kwaliteit één enkel zwak punt, het aanbod van het ontbijt enkel het ontbijt viel tegen ivm het aanbod in verhouding met de prijs (oa geen vers fruitsap, geen gekookt eitje, geen diverse broodsoorten, koffieaanbod-geen espresso ...)

sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit idealer Lage direkt an Zentrum. guter Service. Das Zimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen und war nicht 100% sauber. Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände waren deutlich abgenutzt.

Slechte afwerking, De veroudering van de materialen is niet aangenaam. Soms is het interieur zodanig vergezocht dat het niet meer comfortabel is. De hygiëne op onze kamer was alles behalve in orde. De toilet was vuil, de spoelbekers bij de wastafel waren niet vuil maar Smerig. Wij nemen graag iets uit de minibar. Maar toen we de rekening kregen verschoten we ons te pletten 5 euro voor een cola light, 5.5 euro voor een sapje ? We hebben gekozen voor een late check out. Bij de rekening was er een verassing bij deze dienst kost 25 euro. Dit is ons niet vermeld bij onze check in
