Best Western Hotel Brussels  

The location was perfect for us, en route to Germany. We found the hotel quite basic but adequate.

Be aware that this hotel is located in a service area and we were kept awake by lorry refrigeration units (maybe not a problem if you have a room at the rear).

I could not find the hotel as your web site address information is grossly incorrect. On complaining to the mananger, he said that this issue has been reported many times over the past 2 years. This is truely appalling communications between managemnt. We found the correct location by asking another hotel for directions. Thet said that someone asks them how to reach your hotel on a daily basis.

Compact but clean room.

The location is ideal for a business traveller: directly on the highway, in the service area. Service is fair as well as the quality of the breakfast.

The room was rather cold when I arrived and it was impossible to increase the temperature. The shower is only sufficient, but I have seen much better ones in my life. The price is not high (I paid € 79 incl. breakfast), but it is, in my opinion higher than it should be for what you get.

The location by the motorway is very convenient. As I was returning each night around midnight or later, I also appreciated the 24-hour service to gain access. Access to rooms is very easy, as there are only two floors (and I had a ground floor room).

It looks like an old office building from the exterior - a bit boring.

The resturant attached to the hotel the food is over priced and not of even fair quality an as to the staff the least said the better

Old dirty and at a hoerrible place on the motorway

Good place to stop if you are driving since it's right off the motorway. Use the map on Booking.com to find the hotel. The hotel's website is wrong. If you're booking, book through booking.com, because it's cheaper.

Clean comfortable room with very good mattress. Good breakfast.

Well, it is a highway hotel, so do not expect too much charm. Also, staff is simply doing it's job without being too friendly.

noise environment neary by high way; no elevator, you have to carry luggage upstairs by yourself; poor isolation voice, you can hear voice in the passage even you are in the room;

Only the convenient location

I am repeating what I have previously reported but from the lack of action the Best Western management are obviously not interested. The room was again cold and as it was a particularly cold June day we complained that the heating was not working, as on previous occasions our complaint was not addressed. We sat in the room wearing outdoor clothing and had very long warm baths. This year our 'no smoking room' had housed a smoker and when making this comment to the reception we were given an airfreshner which was broken and did not refresh! A credit note in compensation for the misery and discomfort we experienced would be a suitable gesture on the part of Best Western.

We have stayed at this hotel many times as it is convenient for an overnight stay enroute to Germany -we go there regularly.Reception staff are always courteous and the room is quite adequate and comfortable for our needs.

Tea and Coffee making facilities would be very welcome in the room but the hotel is adjacent to the restaurant/cafe so it is not far to go to get one.

- Lack of basic cleanliness - Noise generated by trucks parked outside - For some reason, the Internet access did not work for me.Staff was unhelpful - Hotel is not located at the address mentoned on the website, but on a motorway

there was a conference til 00.30 am, people were using mics and my room just upstairs - i could hear everything and could not sleep. they were requested 3 times to switch off the mics without success. This should not be repeated.

Do not looks like Best Western Chain hotels.. It's actually a Motel on the highway on Brussels highway ring.. Very noisy.. Poor breakfast.. I stayed only one day and will never come again..

Only suitable for travellers to Gent

Es tranquilo, no es caro, hay parking gratis disponible.

Tuve muchos problemas para conectar con wifi. El desayuno es muy basico, bastante decepcionante. Se encuentra en una de las carreteras con mas trafico de Belgica, atasco seguro por las mañanas y a media tarde.

Trapzaal was ronduit vuil (de zijkanten van de trappen waren in geen weken gekuist)Bij het ontbijt ontbrak nu eens koffie, dan eens warm water voor thee. Om 9u50 was het ontbijt reeds afgeruimd niettegenstaande dat je tot 10u kon ontbijten!!!

Makkelijke verbinding met Laborama. Prijs/kwaliteit goed.

Beetje herrie van de snelweg en enkel bier/Martini dus.

Calme si chambre situéee à l'opposé de l'autoroute.

Equipement vétuste dans la salle de bain: douche non réglable, pas de mélangeur d'eau et donc un gaspillage d'eau.

L'internet gratuit oui, mais limité à 2 heures :-( A notre époque c'est très mesquin !
