The room was kept very clean.The location was very good easy acces to Grand Place ,numerous restaurants of all budgets on your doorstep close proximity to central rail station so getting around city very easy. Right beside Galerie St. Hubert..good for shopping.Breakfast was good though very repetitive.Location was better than described.typical of good standard city hotel. It would have been good to have proper residents bar if you wanted early night at hotel. as I was travelling with young child didnt always stay out very late.I didnt like been asked on leaving if I wanted to leave tip for staff as I didnt have any real contact with staff as breakfast was self service and I didnt use any other hotel services and I felt staff didnt acknowledge you leaving or entering hotel though i did leave tip for cleaner in room as she did a good job. |

the staff was very attentious, it's located in a great place near one of the most important places in town, it's safe to walk around even late at night, the rooms are excellent. |

Fantastic location (though not 20 m from the Grand Place as stated in the hotel information but more 200 m - I'd say that's still great). Front rooms with nice view of Brussels. Rooms are of average European size, nicely refurbished. Public parking available next door to the hotel at reasonable prices, given its in the heart of the city (€14 per 24h). Breakfast ok but nothing special. There was no ice dispenser on the floor which was ok for me, though. Bathrooms have seen better days, but were absolutely clean. |

Very good location at heart of the City and close to Brussels Centre Station. Well appointed room with good view over square. Very adequate breakfast and very friendly staff. Minor quibble - tea & coffee were available 24/7 in reception area but would still have preferred this facility in room. |

The room was huge with a great bathroom and shower. The free tea and coffee in the foyer was also very good. We stayed in room 101 so we could hear the clip clop of the reception staff walking around in their high heals during the night. Other than that the hotel was very good with an excellent hot buffet breakfast. |

We liked the tea/coffee facility in the lobby, the breakfast was excellent and the bed very very good. The room was quiet and restful. |

location of hotel is excellent, with a few minutes walk you can reach the hearth of the city and also central station..staff was very helpful and nice. If I come to Brussels again, I definitivly choose this hotel again. wi-fi could be free |
