I had a business room which was spacious although the furniture was a bit ruined. Breakfast was included in the price and I found it correct. The hotel is very well situated in the centre near transport means, bars and restaurants. I had problems with WiFi (10€ extra a day) which did not work in the room but only in the lobby (which is small and not quite comfortable compared to other hotels of the same rating). The staff did not succeed in solving the problem but anyway they did not charge me for a service which did not work. In my opinion common spaces should be more comfortable, WiFi should function properly in the rooms and some furniture should be replaced. Similar 4-star hotels offer better facilities.

The location is excellent - in the middle of everything and just a few steps from central rail station. The service and comfort is just as you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Delicious breakfast. Given the price, there shoudn't be an additional charge for the wi-fi

- Friendly and helpful staff. - Good buffet breakfast. - Great view from room we had over square and to the beautiful town hall in the main square. - Excellent location (2 mins from Brussels Central station, 2 mins from Main Square). Would recommend for tourists. - Takes a few seconds to realise that they have a slightly odd light switch system in the rooms, or at least the room we had (!!).

Excellent location near central square (grand place) We were given a terrible room. It was like the worst room next to a service elevator (for hotel staff). The room was accessible only by walking through a service door (intended for hotel staff only). I was shocked to see us being dumped in a noisy room in an area intended only for hotel staff. And even worse, we only had lukewarm water. I complained about this at the reception and the lady did not take action. She said that we should let the water run anotehr 5 minutes ... (which didnt work at all). The only great points about our stay were: breakfast and great location

Location, Location, Location Restricted lobby, hosting 6 persons at best. Space doesn't compensate for free tea and coffee offered there at a self service mode.

The position is unbeatable.Right in the center of everything. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we've had. Pleasant staff, always ready to help. A memorable stay. The noise in the small square was sometimes a bit too much. Windows not isolated properly or something like that.

Location is absolutely perfect. Room of high quality (but for the amount of light). Fast checkin. Wifi coverage in rooms not perfect, Rooms relatively dark/little light poings and power sockets. Could have been warmer and noisy heating. Breakfast is not as good as the price suggests. But the location makes up for it !

Spacious room. Close to Central Station. The 10EUR/day Wi-Fi is actually a single adsl connection for the whole hotel, which is terribly slow and unreliable. On top of that, the moment you connect a single device to Wi-Fi using the login & password they give you, you can't connect anything else, even if you turn off the first device. I stayed there 4–5 Feb 2012, when it was unusually cold for Brussels: –5C outside. The hotel was not ready for this. The room was 10C warm when I arrived and max setting of heating did not warm it up to more than 15C during my 36 hours there. The staff were not very outgoing, perhaps tired of being bugged by complaints about cold rooms. In fact, the front desk went mostly unmanned.

Wonderful location just down the hill from the rail (Centrale) station. Grand Place just around the corner and Sablon just up the hill. Plenty of dining options just outside the door. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Adequate breakfast for many cultures. This is more of a 3 star property as the standards of the property have been neglected. If you expect a 3 star, you'll have no surprises. The printer in the business center was not working so we had to email our request to the front desk to printout.

The location is perfect: a safe place close to the main sightseeing places, shopping, central railway station (but very quiet). The staff is friendly & experienced, helpful, with good knowledge of English. Excellent breakfasts. The hotel is between 3 and 4 stars. the lack of slippers

The location is terrific. Just a few steps from the grand place and the central station. THe hotel is borderline with the need of a complete renovation. Expecially the bathroom was quite old. The breakfast was decent but really nothing special.
