Love the rooms on the balcony. Location is PERFECT for what we wanted to do. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Close to city centre

Have stayed at this hotel maybe trhh or four times now and have been very satisfied with all facilities. Had a small problem with type of room booked this time but this was rectified before arrival by email from hotel. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sandra. for being, well , nice!

Definately not a four star hotel, room was dated, furniture worn and a light smell of sewerage throughout. Plus there is an extra 25 euro city charge on top of your bill. Feel very let down, the pictures do not reflect the actual standard.

the slowest internet in the world. also the the bed is very uncomfortable, gives the feeling of studentd hostels. good only for city tours. otherwise dotn stay here.

The hotel was in a great location ,close to shops and restaurant.Great for the city bus tours and train station.

The mattresses need replacing, A lot of noise on a Friday and Saturday night in the courtyard at the back of the hotel

The location was fantastic, right next to Grand Place.

The location was terrific. The room rates were good, it did compensate for the dislikes...see "other comments".

Had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. We use cpad devices and there were no electrical outlets near the beds head. Room and hall smelled. It was like sewer gas. Not nice. With the bathroom and other windows open the odor would disapate, until the room was close up for the day. Then smell returned. Room was dark and needed to be freshened up with paint and a good deep cleaning.

One of the best hotels in Brussels. Excellent location (2 minutes walking from Grand Place) and staff.

The hotel has a perfect location, just a few meters to Brussels Central Station. Our room has a significant view of Gras and Grote Markts, one of the best we stayed up to date. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has rich content and very delicious. Absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very friendly staff. The location is great for seeing the Grand Place and all attractions around it. Buffet breakfast offers great variety of food and is plentiful.

Good location is just outside of the central station.

Location was perfect for a city trip, although I was only using as a stopover. 1St floor rooms to the front have a balcony overlooking a market square. Great for relaxing and people watching. It has its own chocolate shop where you may sample those wonderful Belgian choc delicacies. Stay was very pleasant indeed, plus if you arrive earlier than 15.00 hrs, the staff were very accommodating in allowing you to check- in early. Would recommend as a weekend away hotel, main square is 2 mins walk away, street entertainment is endearing and not in your face, plenty of restaurants, shops and local attractions to keep you busy for 2/3 days.

I did not have the opportunity to try breakfast, as only served from 06.30, not good for travellers with early flights....you either need to get to the bus terminal by taxi (13 euros) then bus to airport (13 euros), whole journey, leave yourself an hour and half.....or an extortionate taxi fare direct to airport ( 75 euros). So a nine o'clock flight needs a 06.30 leaving time as a min........hotel should recognize this, having said this, there is coffee available 24/7 in reception, from espresso to cappuccino as a selection.

No free wifi. And dont accept room on 6th floor. The smell in rooms and corridors is terrible. There is no problem in lower floors.

Well situated!

The smell of drains was overwhelming both in the 2nd floor corridor and the room. Intolerable! No mirror in the cupboard. Very basic, slightly dilapidated furnishing......has seen better days!

- The noisy elevator machine at 6th floor. - Heavy vibrations from AC system - The "elevator music" broadcasted in the corridors, so load that we hear it from rooms. - The poor efficiency of the wifi internet connection. - The absence of decent curtains

Excellent atmospher and design in hotel

Excellent location, five minute walk to the Central station and the old city. Good size, comfortable room. On our arrival water was only Luke warm but the problem was immediately fixed. Coffee in the lobby always available. Excellent breakfast . WiFi works perfectly.

Lobby Is quite small and is sometimes crowded.
