I had a business room which was spacious although the furniture was a bit ruined. Breakfast was included in the price and I found it correct. The hotel is very well situated in the centre near transport means, bars and restaurants. I had problems with WiFi (10€ extra a day) which did not work in the room but only in the lobby (which is small and not quite comfortable compared to other hotels of the same rating). The staff did not succeed in solving the problem but anyway they did not charge me for a service which did not work. In my opinion common spaces should be more comfortable, WiFi should function properly in the rooms and some furniture should be replaced. Similar 4-star hotels offer better facilities.

The location is excellent - in the middle of everything and just a few steps from central rail station. The service and comfort is just as you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Delicious breakfast. Given the price, there shoudn't be an additional charge for the wi-fi

The breakfast was very nice and varied Lighting in the room is poor. But I think that's the same in most hotels these days.

- Friendly and helpful staff. - Good buffet breakfast. - Great view from room we had over square and to the beautiful town hall in the main square. - Excellent location (2 mins from Brussels Central station, 2 mins from Main Square). Would recommend for tourists. - Takes a few seconds to realise that they have a slightly odd light switch system in the rooms, or at least the room we had (!!).

Excellent location near central square (grand place) We were given a terrible room. It was like the worst room next to a service elevator (for hotel staff). The room was accessible only by walking through a service door (intended for hotel staff only). I was shocked to see us being dumped in a noisy room in an area intended only for hotel staff. And even worse, we only had lukewarm water. I complained about this at the reception and the lady did not take action. She said that we should let the water run anotehr 5 minutes ... (which didnt work at all). The only great points about our stay were: breakfast and great location

Location, Location, Location Restricted lobby, hosting 6 persons at best. Space doesn't compensate for free tea and coffee offered there at a self service mode.

The position is unbeatable.Right in the center of everything. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we've had. Pleasant staff, always ready to help. A memorable stay. The noise in the small square was sometimes a bit too much. Windows not isolated properly or something like that.

I got a suite. Very nice staff. Excellent location It was about 17 centigrades in my room and I was not able to change it. Plus there was sewer smell in my room and the whole floor. Disgusting scrambled eggs for breakfast (egg powder?)

The location is excellent - in the very center of the city, very close to the Central station. The window was broken so I couldn't open it as well as the mini bar. So the hotel needs to be maintained better and some repair work is needed, too.

The room 201 was large and peaceful. The hotel was located very near Brussels Central Station, which was quite convenient for metro or train. It is very close to the Grand'Place and "Ilot sacré" and not far from the royal museum and other art Galleries. The staff was so so and a big contrst with the gentleness of other Brussels inhabitants who are very friendly.

Best location. Good enough breakfast. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Inadequate toiletry supply for 3 people in one room. We had to ask for replenishment of tissues and filling of the shower gel container in the bath tub and still they did not get it right. Poor bath towel size and thickness. Furniture seem outdated. Flooring in rooms looks like wood in the photo of site but in fact it was carpet. Something I did not appreciate are the "misleading photos" in the site. For eg it shows a full building for the hotel where actually all the facade is a chocolate store and the entrance is at the side.

Fantastic location, very central. Nice big room and bathroom. Even though there isn't tea & coffee making facilities in the room, there is a free-vend machine in Reception. Lovely breakfast. Good price for such a central hotel in a capital city.
