In the heart of the historic center of Brussels, the Bedford Hotel is a boutique hotel just a quarter mile from the Grand-Place.
Score from 7037 reviews Very good
Hotel ibis Brussels off of Grand’ Place is just 500 ft from the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis Statue, right in the historic center of Brussels.
Score from 1525 reviews Very good
The hotel is within easy walking distance of all the major attraction in Brussels as well as from Brussels Centraal railway station.
During my stay, there was a cultural festival right outside the window with near-constant drumming and singing throughout the day. This is of course a random occurrence, but it does testify to the less-than-ideal sound proofing in the windows.
This hotel only 5 minutes walk from the Brussel Central Station. The hotel located in Grasmarkt, close to the several point of interest in Brussel. City walk and sightseeing just in front of the hotel . The facilities in the hotel is remarkable. In the near future promise to stay in this hotel again. Room 502 is a very special room with a nice view .....
We request for a strong wifi signal ....
The location was perfect - easy access to the Grand Place and its restaurants, tour meeting points, and the Grand Centraal train station. Also, the breakfast was extensive and wonderful!
While the location was perfect, it does have a lot of foot traffic at all hours, and it was noisy throughout the night and in the morning with the street cleaning. The wi-fi was very poor and frustrating to use.
Everything in this hotel
Location, quality of room, parking, breakfast, staff
Lack of a restaurant but very many eateries very close by
The business room was huge with a perfect view of Grand Place and square below. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom huge and incredible for Europe! Wifi worked well all The time. Koy, the day reception person was great. He offered me a better room when he saw that I had paid for a business room but di not get it the first night for some reason. He helped every way he could. Also, the it person spent a lot of time trying to help me print my boarding pass. He was quiet but a great help. I would return to that place any time I'm in Brussels again.
The evening reception person. He was not friendly or helpful. I told him I had booked a business room, and he gave me a tiny room but it did have a nice view. I sought his help again for something else, and he was rude. I cannot understand why a nice hotel would keep someone who is not hospitable.
Location, size of the room
location breakfast: rich breakfast, Belgian waffles to cook self Reliable Wifi with autoconnect without the hassle of username/password at every connexion
Noise coming from the place in front of the building, noisy young guys celebrating during night. Other rooms' doors also noisy when the close
Close to railwaystation. located in city center. Very cosy city center with lots of bars and restaurants. good service from staff.
Much noise from other visitors. Window wouldn't close proper, so much noise from outside. Many tv stations on my tv where not received. Poor mattress.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It's close to the train station and to the Grand Place. It's comfortable enough, not fancy, but pleasant and the breakfast is plentiful and some room rates include breakfast. Staff is mostly helpful and they will of course hold your luggage if you need them to while you finish sightseeing.
Some of the staff is not knowledgeable about the sights around the hotel. They don't give good directions to sights and don't know information as opening and closing hours to museums. Internet is okay but a little slow.
Great location! They give us an upgrade for free to our room! Great breakfast!
We cannot fault the hotel at all. The location was ideal -close to the historic centre, Central station, the hop on/off bus and a good choice of restaurants. We had a spacious room with a view over rooftops to the Grand Place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a wide choice. If we come to Brussels again we will definitely book this hotel.
We found the shower difficult to get the correct temperature.
Noise from out side in park
A little bit noisy in the night.
location , friendly staff
moderate quality facilties , number of staff not enough , sound proofing was horrable as i could not sleep with loud parties in the street
Clean, big room, with twin beds. A great bathroom with very good size. The view from the window out over a busy square was beautiful and in no way disturbing - isolated windows? Five minutes down inside stairs from the Grand Central station, where you also can take a train for the day to Brugge or some other nearby town. Close to the newly renovated and fascinating Museum quartres. A lot of restaurants, cafées and shops within fifteen minutes walk. Nice personal with good problemsolving abilities.
Where I am from it is usual to drink water from the tap - here I recommend bottled water. Very expensive breakfast but I didn´t try it because there at least ten places within reach where you can have a nice breakfast, waffles for instance. There was nothing to not like in this place.
Location was excellent.
Furniture in the room didn't look well. The room was smelly. No slippers or bathrobe in the room. Cleaning ladies used to forget to empty trash bin in the bathroom. Breakfest was poor, bad coffee.
Local to all main attractions, train station, bars and shops. All in walking distance.
The Spanish square is noisy at night.
localização, conforto, tudo muito bom!
internet é horrível no quarto onde eu estava
Well located in the "heart" of Brussels Discount in the Chocolate store
Too expensive Poor wi-fi (even though it's free) Facilities need an improvement in quality
Very convenient to Grand Markt and Central Station
perfect location, good breakfast
internet not so good in rooms..
Location was great, excellent!
Breakfast could be improved. I really missed brown bread, I asked at reception, the man was nice, but didn't understand English. The man at breakfast just said they didn't have it. not good enough !It's such a simple request. Saugages would be nice too.Would'nt take a lot to improve it.I have no objection to mugs, but spoons were scarce. Get your act together Best Western!
