Az óváros kapujában, a pályaudvartól 3 percnyire van. A szálloda elől indulnak a sétálóutcák, 1 perc a főtér. Tiszta, rendezett szobák.Udvarias, kedves személyzet.

A 15 órai bejelentkezés nagyon későinek tűnik.

Központi elhelyezkedés: közel az állomáshoz és a nevezetességekhez. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a bőséges büféreggelivel. Ajánlom mindenkinek!!!

The location is excellent - in the middle of everything and just a few steps from central rail station. The service and comfort is just as you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Delicious breakfast.

Given the price, there shoudn't be an additional charge for the wi-fi

Noise at night (rubbish collection, street cleaning). Non smoker room smelled of smoke.

- Friendly and helpful staff. - Good buffet breakfast. - Great view from room we had over square and to the beautiful town hall in the main square. - Excellent location (2 mins from Brussels Central station, 2 mins from Main Square). Would recommend for tourists.

- Takes a few seconds to realise that they have a slightly odd light switch system in the rooms, or at least the room we had (!!).

Location, Location, Location

Restricted lobby, hosting 6 persons at best. Space doesn't compensate for free tea and coffee offered there at a self service mode.

The 10EUR/day Wi-Fi is actually a single adsl connection for the whole hotel, which is terribly slow and unreliable. On top of that, the moment you connect a single device to Wi-Fi using the login & password they give you, you can't connect anything else, even if you turn off the first device. I stayed there 4–5 Feb 2012, when it was unusually cold for Brussels: –5C outside. The hotel was not ready for this. The room was 10C warm when I arrived and max setting of heating did not warm it up to more than 15C during my 36 hours there. The staff were not very outgoing, perhaps tired of being bugged by complaints about cold rooms. In fact, the front desk went mostly unmanned.

Wonderful location just down the hill from the rail (Centrale) station. Grand Place just around the corner and Sablon just up the hill. Plenty of dining options just outside the door. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Adequate breakfast for many cultures.

This is more of a 3 star property as the standards of the property have been neglected. If you expect a 3 star, you'll have no surprises. The printer in the business center was not working so we had to email our request to the front desk to printout.

The location is perfect: a safe place close to the main sightseeing places, shopping, central railway station (but very quiet). The staff is friendly & experienced, helpful, with good knowledge of English. Excellent breakfasts.

The hotel is between 3 and 4 stars. the lack of slippers

The location is terrific. Just a few steps from the grand place and the central station.

THe hotel is borderline with the need of a complete renovation. Expecially the bathroom was quite old. The breakfast was decent but really nothing special.
