Am stat foarte putin si nu pot spune ce mi-a placut mai mult.Un lucru este cert:pozitia este fabuloasa. In camera 412 era un usor miros de la scurgeri sau de la instalatia de aer conditionat. |

Very pleasant reception staff, unlimited tea and coffee available in the reception area, close proximity to the Grand Place, good sized room. room 509 was next to a service lift and the noise from the lift gear throughout the night was very uncomfortable. Bathroom towels rather small. |

Great location for all of the christmas markets and shopping areas, close to everything without being overrun by tourists and noise There was a strong odour in the room which dispersed once the windows were left open, otherwise nice hotel. |

The location is good. I stayed there once before and got a great room I was not allowed to check in early, despite having requested it in advance. I did notice 2 other people being allowed to check in early ahead of me. My room was very noisy. My double bed was actually 2 single beds with 2 single duvets/blankets - not very comfortable. |

Location was perfect, 2 minutes walk to everything. It's great when you have young children because you can always walk back to the room to take care of the babies. More pillows and a couch in the living room instead of 3 chairs. |

Everything was pretty good, the room was bright and airy and opened onto the square (not the Grand Place but within a minutes walk of it). Whilst not huge the room was very comfortable with mini bar, international tv and safe. The bathroom was bright and clean. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of cold meats and cheeses, different types of bread, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and scrambled eggs, all piping hot, fruit and cereals, james and juices. Lots of staff, not overbearing but ready to help. Oh! And a room to leave your luggage if you're too early to check in or checking out but not travelling until later Single beds so not brilliant for romance!! The hot breakfast food isn't the same as our 'full English' but so what?! |

The location is pretty good. The hotel staff cancelled one of the two rooms we had booked without consulting us. The receptionist did not know what to do and at first we thought we were going to have to share a room but after I made a lot of complaints, one us was found a room elsewhere. I thought this was completely unsatisfactory and I have never experienced this anywhere else in 30 years of travelling. There was only one person on reception which was inadequate for the number of people. Also a drunk wandered into the hotel for a free coffee and no-one did anything either. |
