Personalens bemötande, ställde upp med att hjälpa mig med antenn till WIFI:n och när det inte lyckades med den så försökte de ringa till deras support. Men det visade sig att det hade blivit något fel på en drivrutin i min dator. De gav förslag på matsällen i centrala Bryssel |

The hotel was in a great location--the convenience of being close to the center of town was a definite plus. The staff--we experienced great interaction with some staff members while other staff members were not very congenial. |

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location to Grand Place and restaurants. Plentiful breakfast Upon arrival, I was given a smoking room. Fortunately there was a non smoking room available . I had expected to be asked what type of room would be needed. No apology was provided. Since smoking is permitted in the hotel, you can smell cigarette smoke on the non smoking floors through the ventilation system. Wi-Fi is available for a fee |

Just in the center brussels i min walk, very helpful stuff, really various breakfast the room was a little narrow for an extra bed they had to remove a table and one chair to find a place for it but at the end it was a very nice hotel and we had a good time there |
