Energy efficient, modern installations, minimizes soap waste, nice location (close to metro Louise)

Very easy to get to using public transport. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Hotel claims to have been completely renovated but decor and fittings appear dated and worn and not well maintained. Shower hand rail was hanging off it's screws for example

very old furnitures, nor friendly staff, not work elevators. During the our stay every day our room key did not work. Very cold rooms and noise Air Conditions

Good access to parking, ample space. Very secure, staff is attend and also alert.

Bath/Shower combination. A good walk in shower becomes moe the d- standard in these business hotel. The investment is probably higher.

Central location to city and train station.

Nasty bed spread in room. Although centrally located, side streets felt somewhat unsafe. Internet was slow and should have been free.

Large clean rooms. Very close to a metro station. We were part of a very large group and checkin was very easy for our 50 passengers.

Although advertised on their web site as free, use of the internet was not free at all, but chargable at a over expensive rate. No slippers or bathrobes as decribe on website, and no tea making facilities in the rooms. The 15euro breakfast was very poor, such a small selection, not even a toaster. I would advise to eat in a local cafe etc than pay 15euro. Staff were only interested in your room number to charge you for the breakfast

the hotel is 25 years past its last decorative refresh due date the photgraphs on the website and mostly of its sister hotel and give a very distorted image of the hotel

Location is good. Very close to the metro station and a short walk to Louise.

Internet was charged 12 euros for 24 hours. Also it was very expensive.

This hotel is not a 4 star. No way! A 3 star. Room was old..

The pictures on booking.com are very misleading! This hotel was old and worn, inside and out. The carpet of the room was disgusting, like it had sat in an attic for ten years. The shower backed up from blockage. If you want an iron, you don't actually get one, you have to go down the hall to a room hung with spider webs to the communal iron and stained ironing board, but good luck keeping your clothes clean that way. This hotel is nothing like it is advertised and it is incredibly expensive. I will never stay here again and if you are considering staying here, I encourage you to consider another option.

No restaurant; decor a little 'tired'.

The internet was not free and costy. The breakfast was not included in the high price.

Das meiste war ok.

Im Frühsrücksraum hätte ich mir am ersten Tag etwas Einweisung durch das Personal gewünscht. Am 2. Tag war der Frühstücksraum durch eine polnische Reisegruppe überfüllt, deren Mitglieder auch prktisch alle Plätze für ihre Mitreisenden reservierten (wohl nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber unangenehm)

1. тонкие стены. я слышал, о чем говорит сосед за стеной и что он делает в ванной комнате. 2. Отсутствовал в номере вайфай. 3. Завтрак. Просто отвратительный.

Falta de comunicação e respostas numa situação que ocorreu e não conseguimos obter a atenção e tratamento necessário numa situação destas!

buurt, geen restaurant in het hotel, of in de directe nabijheid (op zondagavond (bijna) alles dicht). Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen en dat mocht wel van tevoren bekend gemaakt worden (niet als je al aan het ontbijten bent). EUR 15.00 is ook erg duur voor een hotelontbijt.
