Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

very relaxing and nearby beach and resturants and a very well designed and stylish hotel,we love belgium its so so clean! the only thing i thought was bad - when we arrived,the lady on reception showed us the way to underground parking,and then when i was looking through the hotel booklet read that you would be charged - it was not a problem but we felt we and others should be told! |

Large comfortable rooms (we had a room with two private bedrooms - excellent when travelling with teens). Beds were very comfortable. Location was outstanding, about 200 m to the beach, shopping and many restaurants surrounding the hotel. Worth paying for the parking as it is difficult to get space in the area in general. Breakfast was good but a little expensive - could have had slightly longer hours as it ended at 1000. Will be great when the pool is open on the days the weather doesn't allow for the beach. |

simple but good breakfast; staff is very kind; hotel just opened this spring (2009). no railing on bunk beds so kids couldn't use it (high risk of falling off). Prices are hefty. |

Very friendly staff. Very professional. Hotel was only open since 6 days, and not completely finished yet. Some minor details in the rooms to be finished. Spa & Wellness was not open yet, but entrance to public swimming pool was offered instead, as compensation. Rooms were very nice, large, cosy, really beautiful. Breakfast buffet not so large, but very good. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not so good (too watery). And that's all. |

Hôtel idéalement situé, chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Pas de connexion wi-fi offerte (4 euros l'heure ou 10 euros la journée), dommage pour un 4 étoiles. Restaurant attenant fermé lors de notre séjour. |

heel mooie kamer ondanks ons zeer vroeg vertrek werd ons nog een ontbijt bezorgd heel vriendelijke mensen in het restaurant bestelde garage men duidde ons de verste box aan in een hoekje,hoewel practisch alle boxen vrij waren ik heb op eigen initiatief een gemakkelijkere garagebox gekozen en dat ook medegedeeld Toen mijn vrouw alleen toekwam kreeg ze geen hulp bij de bagage vanwege de receptioniste |

Hotel war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für belgische Verhältnisse sehr sauber gutes Frühstück Wellnessbereich war nicht fertig. Wetter war schlecht man konnte sich im Hotel nicht beschäftigen. KEine Hotelbar. Kein Casino. Als alleinreisende Frau - zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht zu empfehlen |

Mooie ruime familiekamer, gunstige ligging bij de zee en dicht bij Plopsaland, schoon en netjes. Jammer dat het ouderlijk bed bestond uit twee aparte bedden die uit elkaar schuiven. |

het restaurant langs hotel , zeer goed parking aan hotel . goed ontbijtbuffet er stonden geen glazen op de badkamer, uit uw handen drinken in een 4 sterren hotel tijdens het tanden poetsen, er stond geen drank in de frigo op de kamer ( gatis minibar ) |
