Everything was great and we enjoyed both staying and acommodation conditions. The personnel was almost invisible, what is in our opinion an asset. The quietness and seclusion of the place near the city centre is very appealing. Birds were singing outside and that really added romantics to our business trip - an unexpected but pleasant additive. Basically, we had everything well arranged and it was particularly appreciated that even in the non-smoking European city there is a nice inner yard where you could enjoy morning coffee with the habitual cigarette - for my partner it was so much needed relaxed breakfast atmosphere. Please keep this opportunity for our next visit! |

Location, My wife liked the town but I thought the amount of building work spoiled it. Only one towel in the bathroom. Single beds. Very noisy. |

Big rooms with a separate lounge room - great with children. Nice to have the fridge and stove just in case. Great breakfast, friendly staff |

The freedom of an apartment style hotel room. It was nice having the availability of a small kitchen to make a home cooked meal whilst on holiday. |

The location is good, and the parking, though charged, is good. The reception was good and friendly. The breakfast. The coffee was out of a machine and was dreadful - undrinkable. The fruit juice was not much better. To make matters worse, there is a bar, with staff, right next to the breakfast room, with a proper coffeee-making facilility for (paying) bar customers only, not for breakfasting guests, who are made to feel like second-class citizens, relegated to the pitiful coffee machine.. |

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It was situated an easy 15 minutes walk from city centre and just round the corner from a regular bus service. The room was comfortable and the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. There was no kettle provided! There was a coffee maker but, being English, I missed being able to make a cup of tea!!! |

The staff was very helpful...couldn't be better. Room was very clean, breakfast was great, and we loved being able to make our own morning coffee. Great valuel Bathtub was very slippery and the water from the shower sprayed the floor...very messy. Also, we broke a glass and there was no broom with which to clean it up. A broom would have been very helpful. |

The staff members are completely incompetent and not very accommodating. The cleaning people walk in the room without knocking, it took ages to have someone come to the room to change a light bulb, our reserved parking spot was taken by other guests and of course the staff didn't do anything about it. And the little bit of service this hotel offers is not free. Not worth the money at all!! |

Though the spacious apartment is not luxury, they offer sufficient facilities and the hotel is located at walking distance from the center of Gent (approx. 15 minutes walk). The car parking is quite convenient. The restaurant offers a cheap daily diner but also a choice of more extensive possibilities, including take awy to your room. A renovation of the reception area is in progress which makes the first impression a bit shabby but it will be much better after completion. Breakfast is only till 09.00 hrs. |

Perfectly clean, big and exactly what they advertised. A pleasant 15 min walk by a canal and streets with old buildings on the way to the old town. The breakfast was on time and generous and with the predictable ham, cheese, bread and muesli. No surprises and lots of everything. I would definitely use this hotel again if I return to Ghent. The walk from the train station was a solid 10 minute walk - but at night it was down a poorly lit, completely isolated road with houses that were a bit shabby and at night looked shabbier. The street is right there in front of the station, but poorly labelled so we didn't know where we were. When we called the reception, no one answered. Finally took a cab and hoped the hotel wasn't closed. |

The Aparthotel was great for the use of the lounge complete with leather settee, armchairs, coffee table and Television. There was also a mini Kitchen very basic but usuable. The bedroom was ok, nothing particularily good or bad about it apart the spot lights above the bed that are not controlled by the switch near the bed. The only thing that was not 100% as we expected is the location of the hotel. It is in Gent but you still need 15 minutes walk to access the city centre, otherwise it's fine. |

It's location, the apartment is relatively new. Staff is friendly. Do not use WIFI. it's very expensive (1 hour 5Eu 1day15 1month 60EU) which practically means when you return back hotel if you want to have internet it's at least +15E per day 2nd Twin beds are horrible during the night they can easily flip over 3rd reception hours I had to wait for them until 8 a.m. before I could check out |

Spacious quiet and clean apartment. Friendly reception. Room did not have a cosy atmosphere. Long walk from centre though it had a handy bus stop right next to the hotel. |

You really do get a lot of space - a small apartment as advertised. The rooms lack atmosphere somewhat - comfortable rather than homely. And my room smelled strongly of smoke. |

Excellent service: room was comfortable and staff very kind and helpful. If you want a double bed make sure you write separately because when booking through this website for two people the default is twin beds. Also, they do not provide a hairdryer or an iron in the room, so make sure you bring your own if you need them. |
