The staff were helpful and friendly, even if the chambermaid kept rattling the door to get in from 7:30! Car park is too small (8 cars?) and can only take small cars. The charge of €20 for a day's internet is extortionate, WiFi should be free . Breakfast was a rip off as well. |

Clean room very uncomfortable bed. ,We stayed in a double room with two single beds pushed together , which kept sliding apart during the night |

Nice and clean, new, for a very good price. Real pleasure to find something like that in Brussels. The Internet connection is quite expensive, like in this kind of better hotels. |

Very clean hotel. Pleasant friendly staff The restaurant was not open on the Sunday evening when I arrived, and I had not been advised prior to my trip. It was TOO warm in my room, and the windows were intrusive (opening into the room) |

clean and safe, nice bathroom -- loved the shower! desk staff spoke several languages, good location, good value for the price. no clock in the room, not many tv stations, The beds were weird -- two small beds pushed together. We kept losing elbows and knees between them. |

This hotel is roughly 10 minute tram trip into the centre of town and the metro is about a ten minute walk away. It was easy enough to find. The hotel was reasonably priced and had nice modern clean rooms. It is part of a spanish chain of hotels but they all seem to speak perfect english. |

Helpful staff when needed it, could open big windows for air when needed, nice size room, modern design. smell on the corridors but you just pass through, nothing worth complaining about. |

Very friendly staff... Location is 10minutes away from city center. Very quiet location south of downtown. Funky smell in the 2nd story hallway |
