Cheap Convenient location for where we needed to be Good value for money

Service is minimal Reception is friendly, but not very efficient Rooms are a bit worn out

Blankets and sheets - ugh why not duvets? Other hotels in this price range have breakfast included in theri tariff, and when I asked for the loan of an iron I was told we have no iron. You what?

I stayed with my wife in this hotel for three nights in March, 2011. We liked the room provided to us, it was large with a big window. We also liked the bathroom. Most of the hotel staffs were efficient (a few were not, but this is probably the case for every hotel).

We were provided with two single beds instead of a double. Blankets, mattresses and beds were not at all good by any standard. Beds were not fixed; they were literally sliding around with the slightest force! The location is actually far from the city center, there is a tram stop (no. 92) nearby, however, transportation to and from the city center can be time taking, especially in the evening/night.

The room and bathroon is perfectly cleaned, The breakfast in relation to the price is very good, various and and fresh. The service and the reception is excellently friendly and competent in all concerns to the guest. The tram ist only some steps far, the metro is a bit unconveniently far for winter times.

A good hotel, very quiet with good beds, just what is needed for a good nights sleep. In the morning an excellent continental buffet style breakfast included in the cost.

A bit out of the centre so be prepared to use trams which are close to the hotel or taxis.

It is a small hotel in a very good neighborhood of Brussels, walking distance of shopping center and generally the center of Brussels. Very good value for money.

The Location

Clean room with nice bathroom. Quiet location. Nice staff.

Small problem with blocked drains in bathroom, although no problem from hygiene point of view.

No clock in the room no box of kleenex in the room

The location of the hotel, nice, comfortable room with all facilities working, peaceful environment and very nice and helpful staff.
