Hotel staff's service , all services. It was worth a stay.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is ok in terms of quality but cheap at 10 Euro by Brussels standards. The bed was very comfortable.

The price does not exactly match with what you get

The staff is very professional and extremely nice. The room is nicely decorated and fully equiped. You can open the windows. Wi-fi in the hotel.

Beds on wheels. Difficulties to get warm water in the morning for my shower. Old fashioned tv. Missing some european tv channels (too many spanish channels).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine and the terrace was a real bonus. And having all the extras such as toothbrush, comb etc was a nice touch.

The cheesy music in the bar area. It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner. Lack of milk for coffee/tea But these are only minor quibles

Bed linen/blanket were thin so it was a little cold in the bed. No Flemish TV channels despite being in the capital of Belgium. Very little information in Dutch. Slight smell in the room, could benefit from being freshened up a little.

I needed breakfast in 5 minutes - excellent service made it possible. Second morning, breakfast more relaxed - good choice. Free wifi OK once connected. Comfy beds. Quiet location - double glazed windows that open. 200m to no 92 tram stop - seven stops to city centre Euro 2.50 single.

First morning the front desk ordered taxis but the drivers were picking up regardless of room number and had to wait. Second morning similar but better managed by front desk. Wooden and stone floors a little noisy from upstairs, otherwise very peaceful

They do not use duvets, but blankets in this hotel. This totally creepy me out!

The hotel is located in one of the nicest areas in Brussels. Quiet close to Ma Camapagne tram station. Can get you to downtown in 20-30 minutes via Metro line 2 and tram 92. The room size is reasonably good compared to other Brussels 3-star hotels and has good furniture. Bathroom size is also very good. Cleanness of room and bathroom is superb but they should change sheets more frequently. Breakfast is nice with hot omelets and other continental breakfast items. Select rooms 1-5 in each floor are on the back yard if you want a quiet stay. The others are also quiet and have a nice view of the street. Generally, hotel is much better than 3-star hotels in Brussels downtown area.

We loved this hotel. All the staff was extremely friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet was wonderful -- it had all the expected fare plus some typical Spanish food. Very comfortable and the tram 92 is around the corner. Easy access to the Grand Place and all the museums.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Nothing remarcable but nothing wrong either. I would totally come back.

Just one little thing, there was no tooth paste to use on the bathroom, I kinda rely on it.. so I had to go to my friends room to clean my teeth.

I was woken at 6.45 am by loud noise seemingly coming from the roof above my room - probably a heating or air conditioning unit.

Limited size room

The centre is 40 minutes a way by food. A lot of shops and brasseries were near the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel is very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is well equipped, even provide with toothbrush and toothpaste, if you forget it. In the room you will find a safe, which you could use to store valuables (you could get key on reception against 10Euro deposit). Surroundings of hotel are quite nice, with couple of caffes and shops around. Hotel is not in the center, but well situated--getting to center would take some 15-20 mins.

Take into account that Hotel is not in the center, it could take some 15-20 mins to get there. That was not a problem for us--there is plenty of transport around. Also, keep in mind that breakfast (10E) and city tax (some 5E/day) are not included in price.

Everything great. 10/15 min by tram from the city center and main attractions.

Non-smoking room smelling cigarette. I read in the reviews there was lots of restaurants and shopping near of the hotel. However, this is not true for a walk distance. You need to get the tram and spend around 10 minutes.
