gratisparking......... essen im restaurant mit hervorragendem wein, vom kellner empfohlen........... alle shoppingstaedte dort im umkreis...... ruhe lage trotz autobahn vor dem gebauede haben im resto gebeten uns die reste fuer den hung einzupacken, der koch tat es in silberpapier alles schoen aufgeteilt. ich finde sogar die hundebehandlung war ebensogut wie die menschliche. nicht mal aufpreis fuer unseren hund mussten wir zahlen. genial und liebevoll

matratze war zu weich, darum ziemlich schlecht geschlafen. eleltrische heizung im zimmer hat nicht funktionniert, aber draussen war es nicht so sehr kalt........es ging im grossen ganzen ok

Die Anfahrtbeschreibung im Navi trifft nicht zu. Die Lage in Google Earth ist falsch.

As a Car&Motorcyclist, overnight parking is very good. good breakfast, and very good clean rooms, with good facility`s. I will return to the Campanile change of hotels.

Pricing could be better.

Extrely rude staff. Receptionist/manager was by far the rudest most unhelpful person I have met at a hotel. Our room wasn't clean on arrival. We arrived 3hrs after allowed checking in time. We got our key to our room and it was a still a mess from last people who stayed. I told the manager who then said "well he is still busy ( the cleaner). 110 Eros a night. The rooms are horrible. On check out more rudeness. Hotel guests were treated like a nousience to the staff. Save your money!!!!

Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean and comfortable room. Location to city.

Stairs need looking at with rusty and rotting rails. Detracts from the good image of the hotel.

Super located hotel, next to bus stop to the main station,where you can easily change for bus to the centre, openminded, friendly staff; even if we arrived two hours before check in time, our room was clean and prepared; close to the hotel is "sea park" (didn´t visited now). Check out time is very friendly before long travel by car (12h); free parking next to the hotel, very close (cca 200m to the highway), super was kettle and tea+coffe in the room!and of course free wifi in all hotel!next time we will travel to this very romantic part of Belgium, we will try to book accomodation in this hotel - super place+service for this price

There is anything negative to the hotel - maybe high price for breakfast (11,50 EUR/person). The only thing I have to mention is restaurant placed on the "Markt" named Carre. During first visit, super, helpful and friendly staff (two women), during second visit in the eve terrible, arrogant, unresponsive man - we asked for something small to eat and drink, and later something to eat - for this person the biggest problem in the world...if you dont wont to miss super atmosphere of this city and its romantic channels, avoid this restaurant and choose another one - even if this restaurant serve super abbey beer :-)

Staff were helpful when we arrived

We had to leave early due to our car breaking down on the first morning. Staff were unable to help so we lost two nights payment on the room. We feel the second night was acceptable, but should of had the third night refunded at least...

Clean room ,coffee and tea in room ,good WiFi, well speak English receptionist

Bus stop No. 7,17 is so long distance ,Bus stop No. 27 is near but had 1 time/hour No English map No information about Canal tour

Our experience of this facility was nothing but enjoyable. The staff were very helpfull, the romm was clean, well presented and comfortable. The hotel is very concious of thier responsibility to the environment. The meals served both in the evening and at breakfast were good quality and good value.

Good motel on the outskirts of Brugge. Plenty of relatively inexpensive city center parking, so staying on the outskirts where parking is free seems like a good option to me. Tourist bureaux suggests parking at the station and bussing in... But I think this is just a waste of time when city center parking is plentiful and relatively inexpensive.

Brugge is quite expensive, so even an out-of-town motel like this is not cheap.

Stayed here many times in the past, excellent as always!
