Small but Nice rooms Everything is there even kitchenfacitilies
To close to highway Gardenrooms are noisy
We enjoyed our stay, the staff were great, friendly and nothing was a problem. We were able to comfortably walk to the centre of beautiful Bruges. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
The only problem we had was the internet was slow at times (not Be Housings problem I don't think) and a bit clumsy to join.
Receptionist very helpful and friendly
Not clean Real budget, not even soap Old and budget does not mean grubby
Nice staff, located in a nice part of town. There was a nice local restaurant near by but a little pricy.
Too far away from the downtown. It was a reasonable walk to the bus stop. Had to take taxi for convenient transport from train station on evening arrival. There was no breakfast included.
It was great having a fridge, microwave & kettle which many budget hotels don't include. We also liked the picnic tables outside in a pleasant & peaceful semi rural location. Felt safe & comfortable.
parking onsite, ok outdoor area for kids, decent diner onsite, easy access to the historic center by bike, bus, or even a long walk
really run down, reception open only a few hours per day, a lot of traffic noise
We received a very friendly welcome and great advice from the receptionist, all the staff was very pleasant. We had fantastic meals and drinks in the Bistro Flavors, thoroughly recommend both.
The taps in the washbasin were set on spray, not ideal and if that is all I have to moan about, not bad?
Free parking in hotel, cheap parking in main railway station just down the road on the edge of Bruges.
No bathroom extractor caused following problems: Smell of damp, bed was damp, damp on walls, woodlice, under and behind bed had not been cleaned for some time. We were in room 303 in the block separate from the main building. A disappointing stay that could have been avoided with better housekeeping.
Excellent advice/tips from manager
Having to go and ask for extra tea, coffee, toilet paper, etc
Great value for money, good size rooms and complex. Staff great. Would use again.
Friendly staff, cycle hire, good value for money
40 minute walk to centre of Bruges, but we knew that before booking. No ventilation in the meant everything was damp after showering
Ideal accomodation just outside the town of Brugges within Walking distance of the town Excellent breakfast offered
Shower Adjacent restaurant - when open
Smell in car park - drains overflowing. No maid service which was stated as daily facility of hotel. Basin tap showered you when washing hands. Tea, coffee, milk and toilet rolls were not replenished unless you asked at reception, which was only open 8-10am and 4-6pm.We had no change of towels or bed linen during our 5 night stay. Rooms were stated as soundproof but we heard every noise from above and either side. Bus service was infrequent (every hour from 6-8am then nothing until 2pm). The restaurant was excellent but only open Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was stated as provided in restaurant which gives the impression of being part of hotel cost but you have to pay between 6 - 17 euros per person!!! (each morning) Add this to the cost of the hotel and it is NOT a value hotel.
The location was just off our main route through Belgium into Germany. The check in/key retrieval was easy. The whole place was very clean, simple and straightforward. It is possible to walk into bruges center from the hotel, but it isn't close, 3kms or 2 miles each way.
Free WiFi, free parking, cleanliness of room
No staff on reception at any time we went to visit. Had to ask a very helpful waiter in the restaurant to how to get to the centre via bus.
Easy link to the bus into town. Room was more than adequate
Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly,
Being charged for using the toilet at the Bistro next door whilst waiting to check in. The Bistro staff was quite insistent that we pay 30 cents! We were going to eat there but went elsewhere because of the charges, they lost out on €40 for sake of 30 cents!
very comfortable bad
very overpriced restaurant for what it is
Not far from Bruges old city. Has parking, decent size room and bathroom. You can use fridge and small grill to store and prepare the food. The hotel had a free wifi. The breakfast was adequate for the money.
The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty. The toilet had stains underneath the seat. The whole area had a smell of sewage. Not the cleanest place as a whole.
Family of seven mixed age group 1- 63. Close to a beauitful park for little ones to play.10-15 min drive from Bruges, if you park in the station car park it's only €3.50 and you a all day bus pass. Restaurant services lovely food and they welcomed a baby. Breakfast you have to book the night before and cost €6-€16.
Some of the rooms are very dated but they are starting a refurb of the whole hotel. It isn't clear that you have to reserve breakfast the night before and lots of people got turned away.
Petra was great. She loves Brugge and was so helpful when we were planning our day.
The air conditioners worked the first night, but then didn't seem to work the second night.
Lovely and friendly manager. Clean rooms with a good bathroom. Very good restaurant on the same location. Bus stop to centre just opposite.
Lovely rooms, very comfortable bed. Tables and chairs dotted about outdoors, so perfect to sit and eat or have a drink. Our room (306) overlooked the horses/donkey field, so really felt like you were in the countryside. Bruges was only a 5 minute drive away.
The lady at the reception was great, we ran out of battery on our bike and she called some friend if they can help! Great! Location is good. 3km from the very city center
i would not say did not like - the hotel was simple thing for overnight. Everything worked well, but nothing that makes you rate it as excellent compared to other hotels that you can get for similar money
air con in room. bathroom well appointed . local bus routes nearby. free wifi
people smoking outside our room. no fridge
