The surrounding district of Sint-Michiel is a nice and quiet olace with cute houses and friendly but few inhabitants. It has 2 stores within a 2-minute walking distance and you can get to the centre of Bruges for 15-20 minutes in foot, which is really nice
No particular drawbacks, except for the constant buzzing from behind the bed (which turned out to be a huge pack of electrocables)
Room was a good budget quality
No Instructions to reach the room, dark with not enough illumination. Strong smell of cigarets at the corridor.
Nothing ! ohhh it did have a hair dryer, and parking on sit
Poor directions, poor staff, no hot water Tap didnt work in sink, no toilet roll, No signs,, to follow , other guests had problem finding it too noisey guests, breakfast booked for 7am.......nobody on site , even at 7.30.....all locked up. Ladies finger nail found in bed
Friendly staff Bus station directly outside of accommodation
Stayed 3 nights and the room did not get cleaned once. Room smelt terribly damp and unappealing. No fridge and the soap was shampoo. The shower constantly overflowed and there were hairs all over the floor. Timber slats in the bed broke very easily. City centre about 10-15 mins by (very expensive) taxi, 20 mins by bus that does not come very often.
Very friendly personnel. Good location for price. Plenty of free parking options.
Even though we connected to the WLAN, it just didn't work. Pillows were weird and uncomfortable, we slept bad and had pain in the neck muscles.
Location outside the town center which suited us. Good value. Good facilities. Small room. Fridge and microwave - which were not mentioned on the website. On site parking.
Poor sound isolation. TV did not work,
good sized bathroom. Easy access into town.
Multiple problems with the extra Wifi that was paid for. Often cut short.
The price and location.
The TV in our room was broken with the aerial box hanging off the wall, there were holes in most of the walls, the 3rd bed put in our room wasn't suitable for and adult as it was so flimsy and the was no curtain or blind on the dormer window.
Reception, we were three days in the Hotel and on the last day I could talk to someone. In the ad said bicycle rental and there was never anyone at the reception, the wifi which passed the booking email did not arrive in the room, we went to another nearby hotel center. Terrible service to guests.
The Value, the room and helpful and courteous staff
Kettle and TV not functioning, better maintenance checks.
Good value for money Friendly concierge when we had a small problem on arrival
A bit tricky to find with GPS
Good wifi speed Clean Comfortable
Wrong key left for us so couldnt get into room, but they sorted it out on phone and gave another room.
bed location price
had to move room 2 times in a single evening before I got what I ordered.
No staff in the office during the office time. No indications for how to check in. Cleaners gave us a wrong code to open the key box for checking in and insisted that must be right. Frankly, it was the least costumer friendly place ever.
I had a lovely little 'cabin' style room which was very cosy and comfortable. Whilst it is not right in the city centre, the staff informed me of the nearest bus station which was easy to find and walk to. The bus trip into the town centre was not very long or costly.
Location, Price, Free Parking and Free Wifi
Pillows - not very confortable Broken shower head holder
close to town centre
heating didn't work and no staff around to get any help spoiled trip plus couldn't get a drink bar was full no free tables so couldn't have a beer
Rooms with microwave, fridge and electric kettle.
Problem with electricity - no power at night - personel said that it was temporary problem with fuses.
Staff were fantastic very friendly and eager to help.
Just a few tiny finishing touches to room needed.
After visiting from the Channel Tunnel the free car parking was a huge asset of this hotel with access to the city 20 min walk or 10 min by bus (free on weekends)
Limited check-in facilities could have been an issue but staff saw us arrive and opened up for us
- 30 mins walk or 5 mins bus to Brugge centre - clean - quiet - friendly and helpful staff - excellent access from motorway
WiFi was bit slow but accessible. It was excellent at front of the building though.
The location was great the rim was spacious the bathroom was clean
Cold room heating needs to be better
Nothing in particular
No wardrobes or anywhere to hang or put clothes, inefficient heating, power cut within the hotel at 08.00 whilst in the shower had to find clothes from suitcase an get dressed by the light of a mobile phone. The powe was off for 20 minutes.
address is incorrect with gps
Although the location was further out of the City than I originally thought, the local buses are good to get you in and out of the main centre. However, there was a strike on the Monday and the owner was good enough to drive me to the station!
Unfortunately the walls were quite thin (or two other rooms had really noisy guests coming home at 3am) and there isn't a manned 24 hour reception so I could really call up and ask them to be quiet. And also the second night my heating stopped working so I froze. However they were going to fix it the next day.
