It was very central and right on top of one of the exits from the Gare Centrale except that the signage, in the station/metro system, didn't clearly indicate which was the right exit. The public areas needed quite a lot of TLC. |

The location and the beds are very comfortable. thats really all this hotel has going for it.Hotel Centrale was in a perfect location but was very grubby.it was right beside the metro station and about a 5min walk to markets and shopping areas. If i had of paid more than the deal I got. I would have been extremly dissapointed. I requested 2 rooms near each other, as I was we were a group of 3 girls. They put us on the 1st and 3rd floor, When I enquired as to whether there was any rooms closer. the man at reception bit my head off. Do not it breakfast here at 13 it is not worth it. There are plenty of cafes around that are much nicer and cheaper. This hotel is very very grubby, our hair dryer was hanging of the wall. the carpets lampshades are curtains are stained.The rooms are tight. Just barely enough space for two people. Its is not of 4 star standard. |

Very Central Location. Good trade-off between location and price. I'm not sure it qualifies as a 4stars hotel, according to in international standards. |

Connections are terrific, very close to Gare Central, mixing business and time for visiting Grand Place area. Free WI-FI. A little bit noisy (but I knew it, it was my 2nd time). |

Quiteness during the night, possibility to make a cop og tea and coffee, minibar for evening-snack and cold drinks. Television and the sitting-room... it was a bit expensive, but the comfort and quiteness gave back a nice feeling. |

It's right outside the central train station wich leads everywhere, and a really good base to walk around the historical centre. We couldn't get any tips for good restaurants. Otherwise, an exellent choice. |

Location is good, close to the Central station and other attractions. Good breakfast. Hotel staff is not very friendly...or kind of dry. The room and building itself was somehow not well remained. |

Central location The room was vwry small, located in the corner of the hotel; the moquette and the chair were dirty and dusty. The bathroom was clean but very old. |

It was very quiet and clean. Please add "transit passenger" as an option in the question 4. What was the purpose f your stay. That was the real purpose of our stay. We hope to walk out and see Downtown but after 4 hours commuting from teh Airport to the hotel there was no time to do so. It is nto related to the Hotel but I would like to let you know hoping that the Management of the Hotel could also contribute to the solution of the following problem because this problem does and will affect the tourist visitors in Bussels. The problem is that after 10:00 pm one cannot buy train ticket from the Airport. The ticket machine does not accept cash, nor debit cards, no credit cards. There was even no note on the machine what we should do the get a ticket. Thanks to a very kind lady who brought us to the 4th level of the Airport and help us to find a bank machine we were able to withdraw some cash, pay her the tickets and she used her train-ticket card to purchase for us tickets. This take 1.5 hours to get on the train. |

Located conveniently next to Brussels Central station. Nice lift. A bit worn and in need of updating, but the hotel was comfortable. The people at the front desk were a bit aloof. When we got there, the lady said she couldn't find our reservation, but she eventually did after I showed her my printed confirmation. |
