My booking not being on the system

Stayed here before. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in good and included in the price. The business class room was large and confortable. The location is on the metro line and within walking distance of the city center.

Great price, breakfast was lovely, clean rooms, friendly staff with a 12pm check out. Metro station is literally outside the door so easy access to anywhere u need to go. I'll be staying here again if Im in Brussels :)

Our shower had no pressure so we had to have a bath.

noisy, strong light of smoke detectors inhibiting good sleep, poor accomodation, everything reduced to a minimum quality and cheap as possible

Staff very helpful. Breakfast good and included in room price. Centrally located to metro and center of city.

The hotel is showing its age but the staff seems to be working to keep things up.

Location immdeiately adjacent to Metro station and handy for my business meeting

No hot drink facility in room. Room furnishings all dark coulour which with low wattage lighting meant room dull. Looked a bit run down and breakfast choice poor with no fresh fruit. Building layout convaluted and cramped - would be potentially dangerous in fire evaculation. Many rooms windows look out on small light court. Won't be staying there again

Room was a bit noisy, probably thin walls there was someone rapping next to our room. Was glad I had my earplugs to cancel the his loud rapping ;-)

- No hot water in the bathroom - very cold in the room

no street or court window, but just the awkward air shaft :-((

I couldn´t take the breakfast, I have to leave at 8am and untill 8am is going to begin the breakfast

Friendly staff. Great rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Low water pressure in bathtub.

Good breakfast room. Metro station is right outside the front door.

Close to major road so lots of traffic noise and sirens. Many of the fittings in my room were broken. I was only given 30 minutes of free wifi time.

1. Room 73 was not reachable by lift and not signposted 2. room had broken blind, peeling wallpaper, damp patch and crack in ceiling 3. water pressure too low in room to take a shower

For my case the location which is very near my normal venue place. Free wifi for me in Businessroom and it worked.

I got a fearly good seize room with a window to the inner yard must have benn above the kitchen since it smelled bacon every morgning. No electric socket at the pulpet in the business room. Price a little high for what I got.

Breakfast was good.

Rooms are very small and beds uncomfortable. Water in my room was not working so I had to move to another room which was inconvenient (and no apology received from staff who in the first place did not even offer an alternative room).

Very poor selection for breakfast, far from 3* hotel! Even hotel facilities look to be recently renovated, there is certain smell on 6th floor.

The price-quality of the hotel was really good in my opinion. Especially the location, the parking facilities in the neighbourhood and the included breakfast were nice.

The only thing they need to improve is there English skills, that was too poor.
