Good location, good breakfast, nice rooms
- close to metro - staff availability
- small room (could not pass between bed and desk and chair)
No air conditioning in the room in a hot night. Renovation work going on.
good location efficient staff
current renovation work start daily at 7.00, the noise was pretty loud in the part of the hotel I was in.
no view, gloomy rooms
- Perfect location - Staff
- Quality of the rooms, especially beds, way to soft for us. - Outdated interior on our floor (2nd), but there were renovations going on. - Lack of atmosphere in the hotel
location breakfast reception staff very helpful
Location good Breakfast very good clean hotel staff excellent
Poor mattress - I could feel the springs. Drilling at 6.30am Work being done so stairwells were pitch black.
It's a very basic business hotel in a good location in Brussels.
The lift only takes three people - two with luggage - so it can take time to get to and from your room at busy times. The stairs, which you have to take if you are in a hurry, are under-lit to the point of being dangerous, especially if you are carrying your luggage.
great location nice staff great view from upper level rooms
some stuff is a bit outdated but bathrooms are renewed.
Location, front desk staff was very good. Room was fine and the bathroom was very clean .
The staff in the breakfast room needs training in customer service. The eggs ware bad get boiled eggs or do something that is better for the guests the army serve's a better egg. and the taste is and looks is better. Carpet in the room needs to be cleaned.
A guest living in the same room a week before had left the service feed back form completed on the nightstand, where I found it. It was nice to compare his impressions with mine. They were quite in line. Nice breakfast.
There was a rather strong smell from the sewer penetrating the room (nr 54). Call a plumber to check the seals. I fixed it temporarily by having the light (and this way also the bathroom fan) running whenever I was i the room and not asleep. Two signal lamps on the smoke alarm was constantly flashing, causing a bit of angst before I decided it had to be due to low batteries or something. Somewhat disturbing when trying to sleep. The light bulb above the desk needed to be replaced. The walls was very thin. I could hear what the guy in the next room was talking about on his phone. Luckily for my sleep he stopped talking when I went to bed.
Check in / out very efficient. Good variety for breakfast. Staff very helpful.

I liked the staff at the reception, they were friendly and supportive.
It was too noisy and I did find it hard to sleep in the morning.
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the breakfast was delightful, and the location was absolutely fabulous. Everything was lovely for the price.
The hotel was under remodelling construction and we were originally given a room that we couldn't even get to, never mind breathe in because of the construction debris, burnt plastic smell, and smoke. However, when the issue was brought to their attention, they moved us to a different right away. The room we ended up staying in had several issues with non-functioning elements, but that did not significantly diminish the enjoyment of our stay in this lovely hotel.
Nice spacious rooms. Sufficient breakfast, openable windows.
Being woken up at 6.30am due to local building works, there is apparently nothing the hotel can do about it but they did not warn us in advance, even when we checked in. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the works are completed. The staff had obviously heard the complaints many times and were not sympathetic.
Great and helpful staff
Renovation work and noise, old fashioned style of interior, poor wifi, limited breakfast which you have to arrive early for.
All good but could done with coffee and tea facilities
Receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Hotel is so closed to the metro station and some other important points. There is car parking place just nearby hotel and that's great. Breakfast is really good but there was a worker at the breakfast zone and she didnt give bread to the customers coz they came to breakfast at 9.55.
Good breakfast Close to metro station Walking distance to 'grand place' an central station
The lift is tempramental
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, very practical and easy-to-find location.
Sleep was interrupted by very early start of major roadworks outside - the room didn't seem to block out much of the noise.
Location, the street where this hotel is great. many restaurant and shops around and just 10min walk to historical zone but very quiet.
Breakfast ,,, selection was very limited.
