I hardly got any wi fi connection the price is so expensive
my room was not even clean from last guests mess when I arrived at 4h30 pm. staff at breakfast was very poor. The waitress (too much make up) did not even smile to guests not very helpful. the tv remote hád no batery... well in brussels price is not quality they just profit from business travellers they do not need to make any effort.
The size of my room was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect.
The room was very poorly done. There was absolutely no privacy in the bathroom! No curtains, blinds or anything and windows overlooking it! The air conditioning was not working, and the next morning the whole hotel had no hot water! In October? No hot water......
I was lucky to get a room on the 5th floor with balcony and fantastic view of the city. The desk and chair were office style, great for doing some work in the evening.
Wifi reception is very bad, no working airconditioning, very smal shower cabin and toilette, beds not comfortable and the cleaning of the rooms is very poor
No warm watter; not all the lights were working (blincking all the time); we could hear the neighbours...
-Smelly room, dust from construction works in the room -No air in room/very hot -Very poor/almost no WiFi in room -Reservation fee blocked from my account twice -Mosquitoes or some bugs bit me several times during night
- price - location
- bed was very bad - in the room was very hot, I can not open the window, the ventilation does not work or ? - the lighting was very poor
Art Deco appearance of hotel; smart and comfy bed; expansive breakfast room with big window to stare out of; and, though the hotel is very close to the busy Porte de Namur, I couldn't hear the traffic (maybe other guests weren't so lucky).
The fact that I came back from breakfast at 9.15 one morning to find the maid was already half-way through cleaning my room; the tiny bathroom with its tiny shower; absolutely no pictures on the bedroom walls making the room rather depressing and dull.
good located, the room was big, the staff was friendly
the windows were VERY old...the view of our room was really bad...somewhere in the back...where it was VERY dirty...the breakfast was simple..
location breakfast included comfy bed
thin walls dark room
Probably not the worst hotel in town, but they sure gave me the worst room. The window offered a view on the A/C and heating units(fortunately it wasn't cold and they weren't on) and in the morning i woke up at about 7 at the sound of restoration works at the hotel.
everything was OK and breakfast was really excellent...
Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and in general a great hotel
Relaxed accommodation with all needed facilities. Due to a power black-out in the area, the payment invoice was sent by post and a copy by e-mail.
Roadworks at the area caused noise from before 07:00 and power black-out from 08:00 until check-out (08:30).
Very good breakfast and excellent location.
1. remote control of TV was out of order 2. too many stairs before getting to the lift
Staff very friendly Good breakfast
Noisy as some renovations were taking place, we had to change rooms, lift is very small for the hotel capacity, WiFi is disappointing & very weak.
Location, friendly staff, 24 hrs concierge, clean and confortable, decent breakfast - all I need for my overnight stay. As a woman this feels a safe place.
Nothing. I would have liked a little better choice of fruit for breakfast, but this is my personal taste. The croissants and pastries were excellent.
Good location, good breakfast, nice rooms
- close to metro - staff availability
- small room (could not pass between bed and desk and chair)
Very good location, good breakfast
Hotel is under renovation, it is very noisy
the staff was friendly
the wifi was broken for one day
No air conditioning in the room in a hot night. Renovation work going on.
good location efficient staff
current renovation work start daily at 7.00, the noise was pretty loud in the part of the hotel I was in.
